The HOly Spirit is promised to and given to all those who place their trust in Jesus. The Holy Spirit would not say that He is only given to the children of Israel. If He were to say that, then His Word is a lie. You have been shown. You base your belief that you are save on phantom DNA that cannot be traced as belonging to you. That is not placing your trust in Jesus, but in DNA.

Zechariah, a prophet sent by God to the children of Israel says,

That I will seek to destroy all the nations
That come against Jerusalem.

The spirit of grace and of supplications:

they shall look upon me whom
they have pierced,

These passages emphasize God's promise to send His Spirit
upon the children of Israel, enabling
them to live according to His will and fulfilling various aspects of His covenant with them.
Peter also quotes Joel the prophecy of God sending His Spirit upon the people of Israel, a promise fulfilled on the Holy Day of the Feast of Harvest beginning with the eleven disciples in the upper room that spilled out to the streets. And what does Peter say to the twelve tribes represented in the crowd of Jewish people that came to the Feast in Jerusalem? He says,
37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and
brethren, what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and

The Holy Spirit of Promise was Promised to Israel, NOT to the world. You are refuted.
That is not a sign of salvation. Satan worshipers do the very same thing. Anyone can make it up and even believe their own deception. The covenants are between God and the Hebrew people. There are no non-Hebrew people/Gentiles in any of the three Hebrew covenants.
