Below is a Christian minister overseas that has done research in eastern religions for why he shows concern for the body of Christ not to believe every spirit.
Any spirit that takes your eyes off of Christ, the Son of God, is not the real indwelling holy Ghost or that Spirit of Christ.

So do not believe that spirit visiting you is Jesus Christ. It is just seducing you to seek that spirit again in enjoying that company rather than go to Jesus in prayer at that throne of grace, knowing He is in you & is with you always.
The world can receives spirits by seeing it happen or feeling it happen like mediums in consulting ghosts. That is not really how one is born again of the Spirit otherwise Jesus would say you can know when you are born again of the Spirit or when someone else is by seeing it happen by a sign.
Jesus did warn against seeking to receive Him by a sign in order to believe in Him.
Matthew 12:38 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. 39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: 40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
When you are around wayward believers that places the emphasis on the baptism with the Holy Ghost with evidence of tongues as those in Azusa Street Revival has done, it does not matter if you were not seeking it, you are in that place where the supernatural can occur.

So healing can occur as well as visions or revelations as diviners & psychics can do this also.

So think about what it is you are testifying towards; sowing doubts to other believers that maybe they do not have the Holy Ghost then? And yet they are believers as faith is a fruit of the Spirit and so having believed at the hearing of the gospel is them having been saved and thus born again of the Spirit so they need not doubt at all.
Indeed, if you had believed before going up there, you were saved and that other stuff is just tricking you to serve that glory of signs in receiving rather then the Good News of Jesus Christ as always Spirit-filled as a testimony from God that He is in you & is with you always as you are His.

1 Corinthians 6:17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18 Flee fornication. We are not missing anything that we need to seek after for we are complete in Christ to not chase after the rudiment of the world in receiving spirits.
Colossians 2:5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. 6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. 8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
Your testimony of believing one can be born again and again and again is akin to the foolish virgins out to the market seeking to be filled for why they were not ready to go when the Bridegroom had come, even though the foolish were of the ten virgins that are the Kingdom of Heaven.
Matthew 25:1-13 KJV So please go before that throne of grace and ask Jesus Christ for help to expose this work as darkness & rest in Him as always Spirit-filled as a testimony from God that He has saved you since at the calling of the gospel when you had first believed.
Matthew 9:17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.
This is why saved believers are hungering for more of God to be filled again and again and again because they are not really coming to Jesus Christ but are committing spiritual adultery.
John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
May Jesus help you to see this truth so you can lean on Him as always Spirit-filled as saved to hunger nor thirst any more to be filled again.
