It seems that everyone always tries to argue who are God's people, the 'chosen', the 'remnant', 'spiritual Israel' and declare that they are 'Gods chosen', or by rigidly following a religious leader or by strictly restricting their behavior they achieve the status of 'Gods chosen' and thus are 'saved', but what does God say.

Many say I follow Christ and yet continue in sinful lusts and iniquity, they just pretend to make themselves look good before others. Our faith is exerted in the one that can raise the dead, whether it be "dead man walking," or "dead man buried."

It is God who decides who are His people and who will be saved, those who say "I have accepted Christ" but dont really mean it or follow as He asks will be set aside and Christ will tell them 'I never knew you: depart from me', those who say I follow all the laws but do not love God or fail to see the true meaning of the law will be set aside, those who have false piety or use "cheap grace" to cover their continuing in sin will be set aside, and those who did all the 'works' of helping the poor and needy not from love but to gain favor of man, God will be set aside.....

But God's people have already been chosen and identified according to Scripture. It is a family line threaded through history and locked upon the Hebrew people beginning with Abraham and later to the children of Abraham's grandson, Jacob.

This verse above addresses and answers your question "Who are God's Chosen?"
They are the Children of Israel.

Man cannot declare 'I am saved' or take eternal life as a prize from their own works or labors, it is a gift through Jesus Christ and it is God not man who decides whether you accepted it and are His chosen people.

God has already decided thousands of years ago when Abraham was alive. It is through the covenant with Abraham to which the choice was made and to Abraham's seed was it fulfilled by Christ the Lamb of God. Salvation is of the Jews and ONLY the Jews.

Many who 'say' they are saved and declare that they are 'righteous' but dont believe that God has the final say, will stumbled over the "stumbling stone" as they depend not on God but on themselves or on man's desire or effort to gain eternal life and have little or no faith......

You don't make sense. The stumbling stone has already been overcome. And the people that overcame it are the children of Israel. They were presented with a Messiah who was killed and hung on a tree, and the Savior who endured it became a King on a throne thus fulfilling a covenant in His blood upon the children of Israel. It is in this that Saul the apostle to the Jews declared, "And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins (Rom. 11:26–27.)

No matter how you slice it will always be united. There is no division. The New Covenant is only the Mosaic Covenant fulfilled by Jesus Christ the King of the Jews with its application being to and for the children of Israel.

You can only know that God exists by being Born Of Gods seed..not by reading God’s word...of course by reading the penned word, one can believe in Jesus in their own understanding, one needs much more than that to become a child of God..

that can only come by divine revelation, just as his word says.

Religion does not guide you...you seek more and more of God’s Kingdom once you are Born Again, the Spirit guides us , all backed up by the penned word....

32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
