That covenant was clearer defined in Isiah 62. Preciously calling her Israel his son the born again name . Not all Israel are born again Israel just as all that say they are Christian and are not .

God was in Covenant with Christ, for David was a type Ps 89:3-4

3 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,

Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

Twice given to emphasize Father of many nations called Christian the new name the father named the bride previously calling her Israel my born again. . . Son of God the first of many .

You dont see that word Covenant in the passage ? Read it Isa 42:6-7

6 I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.

Just because the word "covenant" is there doesn't mean Gentiles are now included in covenant.
That's not the case. If God wanted Gentiles in any of the three Hebrew Covenants He would have said so when He made those covenants but He didn't and now you scour the Scriptures for any passage where "Gentile" and "covenant" is found. And there's not even any covenant language as is found in the three Hebrew covenants such as

INTENT:
2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. Gen. 17:2.

7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Gen. 17:7.

31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD,
That I will make a new covenant
With the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer. 31:31.

PRERQUISITES:
11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you. Gen. 17:11.

5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. Ex. 19:5–6.

I can add more of what a true covenant with God looks like. Questions abound. What Name do we give Him? The Hebrews call Him the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; what name will the Gentiles call Him? Herbert? Robert? Dilbert?

Once the Abraham Covenant was made with Abraham and his seed the Hebrew history began to be recorded. Why isn't there any history between Covenant God of Dilbert and the Gentiles, like giving them victory in war over the Hebrews, or why isn't there any Scripture of God feeding and protecting the Gentiles? Why no miraculous stories of cloud by day and pillar of fire by night, or being fed chickens that fall from the sky or no Red Bull coming out of a rock to quench their thirst, or no stories of disobedience and correction from the Gentiles and the God of Dilbert? Why no trek through the desert to find their own homeland, or stories of great Gentile men in Gentile history or stories of great conquests and feats of miraculous strength like Samson or Gideon and characters like David and his son, Solomon?

Why are there no records of family histories like there are like Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and Jacob's twelve sons and their families, like as from David to Solomon and to Rehoboam, etc.? Why is there no Gentile family histories that link up to Israel's Messiah or prophecies going forward that link Israel's Messiah to Israel's Messiah or even prophecies of end time connections linking Israel's Messiah to His Second Coming or why is there no Gentiles at the Last Supper, or no record of Israel's Messiah being witnessed of His crucifixion or no Gentiles being addressed and consulted post-crucifixion in the forty days after His resurrection or no Gentiles at the tomb escorted by the Jewish ladies together finding an empty tomb? Why?

Your attempt to try to teach Gentiles in the three Hebrew covenants is pathetic and is non-existent. Grasping at straws when you should accept the truth that God has no covenant with non-Hebrew Gentiles and learn instead the possibility that being born-again and being Gentile most likely indicates that Abraham's seed may just be in your family ancestry and that the Samaritans provide a link to being half-Jew and half-Gentiles is the only reasonable explanation of presumed "non-Hebrew Gentiles" in and through the four historical scatterings of the Hebrew people into and among Gentiles is the reason why and the only reason why there are Gentile-seed being born again is because of the mixed heritage through Hebrew history, a history that among Jews stopped being recorded for the purpose of God bringing in Gentiles only because they have Abraham's DNA somewhere in their family ancestry.

The Samaritans are type and shadow of future Gentile inclusion into the Abraham covenants mainly because they are mixed heritage with the Hebrews which for 19 centuries Jewish history stopped being recorded in Scripture in order to bring in a Jew-Gentile hybrid into salvation. And it is because Abraham's DNA is in their families somewhere in time. For God's purpose after the Assyrian and Babylonian conquest and exile of the Hebrew people their history continued to be recorded, but after the destruction of the Second Jewish Temple that history ceased being recorded if only for the purpose of bringing in Gentiles through Samaritan-type mixed heritage into the Abraham covenant.
