Agreed ... but some unique experience might be part of the re-birthing experience; not that I am talking from experience.
If I had a choice I would like to have a 'meet Jesus moment' as a prelude/"part of" regeneration. @atpollard had such an experience. It's fascinating. I believe him and I like to think I'm not easily taken in in such matters.

Quick story in that vein. When I was in kindergarten we had show and tell. I lived in a small town and one of my cousins was in my class. Even then I loved horses and wanted one badly. I had this small rocking horse, drug him around behind me, and pretended he was real. I fed and watered him, rode him and we went on all sorts of adventures. During show and tell I would tell all about Whitey (brilliant name!) with such vividness and detail that the entire class, including my cousin, believed he was real.

Yes I agree. @Ritajanice seems to think I am saying there are never experiences or that I am doubting hers, and that is not what I am doing. And perhaps it is just that she, like many of us, finds it easier to think her thoughts than to put them accurately on the page. It is the result of an experience if we have one that makes it valid or not valid. The experience itself is not the validation.

What is the living spiritual birth....Spirit gives birth to spirit?

Premise 2: Person has Meeting with God
Premise 3: Person's life changes or extremely unlikely thing you were told occurs (lotto ticket for weird example)
Conclusion: You probably met God ???? ... like 95% ? what percent do you say????

How is it out of line..you have no idea, when I have posted scripture,you turn round and said it’s only scripture, which means nothing just a bit of scripture, are you being serious?

God testifies with our spirit that we are his child.....do you actually know what that means?

What more would I need to know, that was the rebirth..he speaks to our spirit..through his Holy Spirit.....as he’s indwelling our spirit......and there it is in the living word of God.

I suppose it could be viewed that way though I don't know when diplomacy became a requirement. Tiptoeing around an issue just keeps people happy and they usually never recognize the issue.

You said to me that the scripture I posted does not result in the rebirth..that is what you said..

Oh yes it did...why...because it was the “ Living “ word of God.....that spoke to my heart.he testified with my spirit that I am his child..in other words Born Again.
God’s word is Alive and Active...don’t limit God’s power to your own human understanding.....God’s word is Alive and Active he doesn’t need everyone to be reading a bible..to get his “ LIVING “ word across!
