How to be born again? Please explain

"How to be" implies something we do.

We have nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with it.
It is by sovereign choice of the Holy Spirit, based on nothing but his choice, which is as unaccountable as the wind (Jn 3:3-8).
Just as you had nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with your natural birth.
That is the testimony of the word of God in Jn 3:3-8.

The church, the sacraments, our parents, etc., etc., etc., neither govern, cause nor are related to the new birth.
The testimony of the NT is that it is a totally sovereign decision and act of the Holy Spirit (Jn 3:3-8) and not set in motion by anything.

You either believe Jn 3:3-8, or you don't.

Baptism is not an “emotional experience”!

Faith: an intellectual ascent to a truth revealed by God and proposed for belief by holy mother church!

Truth must be revealed by God thru Christ to His church (the apostles Jude 1:3) then must be proposed by the church, (Matt 28:19 gal 3:23) without error by the Holy Spirit! (Jn 16:13) one faith (eph 4:5) the faith delivered to the apostles (Jude 1:3)

The "church" cannot make one born again. That is the work of God alone who gives the new birth. The church is not God, they are the people of God.
