Being born again is not the same as being saved, although it is used as a synecdoche for it.

When you're "Born again", it's because you have been Drawn to Jesus by God ( john 6:44), and CONVICTED OF YOUR SIN and of Judgement by the Holy Spirit.

Then it's YOUR MOVE to Surrender in FAITH to God's will, and Repent - calling upon God for salvation.

What happens immediately, then, is that the Holy Spirit indwells you and joins with YOUR spirit, and the exchange is complete. THEN, as a Christian, you can take his yoke upon you, and proceed to learn of HIM (Mat 11:29). Reading through the Bible a few times is CRITICAL, since ignorance of the WORD makes you "Fair game" for deception, which satan is ready to provide.

The FAITH comes from the Holy Spirit Conviction of SIN - i.e. God's WORD to you directly (Rom 10:17) the "Hearing of FAITH" (Gal 3:2).

Alive to those who are Born Again.....he increases our knowledge as we learn and grow in the Spirit, it’s quite incredible I have found, that I stay stuck for a while, then all of a sudden I’m really understanding what is being said ,when I read his living word the Bible.....

If God has called you out of all, they are born again and the sons and daughters of God by adoption. This is what "elect" means. Perhaps your English is not all that good or something, but being born again means being "elect" as they are basically synonyms. Your concern appears to be with God not being love if God has eternal hell as a punishment for people, which is why you are challenging the idea of salvation. Do you even know if you are saved yet? Or do you have many doubts about whether you are even saved? Is there something you have to do to be saved or were you saved before and now you think you have to do something to be saved?

Just as there are different fruits of God's harvest each harvest is prepared for what God has purposed them for.

There are three fruit harvest so search the scriptures for what they are.

Now, concerning election it does have to do with these fruits harvest and I will give you a scripture that shows that each group must overcome the world (flesh) or election has no meaning at all. All of God's people are overcomers and overcomers are chosen!


1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

The fact is that God will choose out of the called and all will be of the elect but in a timely and orderly fashion to do specials works out of this election. There are three orders to election and we can find this in this scripture:

1Co 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

Notice there are three separate orderly times and there are first fruits, second fruits and thirds fruits which coincide with three fruit harvest.

Now, you will have to search the scriptures to understand what each fruit company has to do concerning God's election.

However, if you stay with Calvinist doctrine then there will be confusion. They do not deal with all the scriptures but they do misinterpret them.

Rom 8:22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

Rom 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body

Notice here that these first fruits are adopted sons of God and to understand how spiritual adoption works it would be help to understand Jewish customs concerning adoption.
