Roman 9:22-24

But you have. By your own postings you show you're at hostility toward Him.
I am certainly not at hostility with the God of the Bible.

I have studied it since 1986 and do not come up with some of the dribble that you are portraying about Him.

As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure that I am defending His character against the likes of you.

Oh, but you most certainly are.
I have studied it since 1986
Oh, what credentials you have! How is it you are blind to context?

"Dribble?" 😅 Like in basketball?

You're just filled with hate, aren't you?

You're in one now.
I am in good company with Paul, in that you say that.

Act 24:14, But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:

No, I am sorry, you're not in the company of Paul.

Paul was a Calvinist before there was John Calvin. You should study him sometime.

I study his epistles all of the time.

In fact, I finish all the epistles about once / week.

And no, the Bible does not preach Calvinism.

The God of the Bible is "not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9).
If God did not want anyone to be in hell, then just don’t create them in the first place.
John 6:37 is clear on that.
Jesus will in no wise cast out any one who comes to Him.
Both sides agree to this. The crux of the issue is: Who determines who come to God: God or man. You imply man controls God, that man's freedom dominates God's freedom.

In my estimation, no one is of the elect until after they have come to Christ
So, God is our elect. Interesting view point.

I believe in a God who gives to every man an opportunity to repent and receive Jesus as his Lord and Saviour
This is a demonstrably false statement as billions of people have died who never heard of Christ. You will have to adjust your doctrine to account for reality.

Aside: High Five JustbyFaith for standing up for what you believe. Whether it is truth is debatable. At least you devoted time to studying God.

If He didn’t want anyone to be in hell, then no one would go to hell.
That's true too.... or God could have all those He knows will reject Him die in child birth (assuming Age of Accountability doctrine is true).

Personally, I also like the idea of creating an Adam that would not eat the fruit. That would work for me, not that God seeks my counsel ... just saying... *giggle*

That’s smells Arminianish
OH???? how so? Gee, I don't see any doctrine in the statement ... just a weird hypothetical that will never happen.

Hmmmm ... God has infinite WHAT IF scenarios that He didn't play out. I'm just having one WHAT IF for a little fun. :)

Don't go WLC on us. Never go full WLC.
... what is WLC?
Western Lutheran College?

I think you may be analyzing my statement too deeply. I just thinking of ways to stop people from going to hell theoritically.
