Jesus is God {title edited}

I can go on many more but this should be more than sufficient.

“AND”

God And Jesus Christ:

Does not imply Jesus is not God.
Unity of the Father and the Son.

The Father is in the son; and the
Son is in the father.

Dogma: divinely revealed truth; taught by the apostolic church.

41. The Three Divine Persons are in One Another.

3. God’s Nature is incomprehensible to men.

John 10:30
I and my Father are one.

John 10:38
But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

1 Corinthians 1:3
Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 1:2
Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Galatians 1:3
Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,

Colossians 1:2
To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Apostles Creed

I believe in one God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord…

1 Jn 1:1
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

1 Jn 2:23
Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

Good, so you do believe there is only ONE God.

How do you reconcile the fact that John 4:24 tells us that God is a spirit while Eph. 4:4 tells us there is only ONE spirit?

If there is only ONE spirit, that can only be ONE person; then which "person" is the spirit? The Father, the Son or the Holy Ghost?

You can't answer these questions from a trinitarian perspective. Yet they are in 100% alignment with what the Scriptures teach. If it is your position that these facts can't mean what they appear to mean because a Catholic Priest didn't explain/interpret them, then you are deluded.

You claim your Faith is the only correct Faith, yet you are also implying that the Bible is not correct in what it teaches UNLESS/UNTIL corroborated by an authority of your Church.

That is beyond ridiculous.

Please answer the questions above or concede that you are mistaken in your position that God is 3 persons as you have been proven wrong by Scripture repeatedly in this thread alone.

God the Father is the source of all good things even the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Three persons are made up phrases like many other phrases, meaning those phrases come from satan, followers of the triune god.

Christ not the Father who ascended into heaven!

1 Timothy 3:16
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

“Received up into glory”!

Acts 1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

Christ was received up into glory!
God was received up into glory!

Jesus Christ the 2nd person of the holy trinity is God!

Christ not the Father who ascended into heaven!
Christ descended from heaven before He ascended back there.

"... I am from above ..."
Jn. 8:23
"He that cometh from above is above all: ... He that cometh from heaven is above all."
Jn. 3:31
"One God and Father of all, who is above all, ..."
Eph. 4:6

Christ not only came from above, and is above all, which makes Him the only Father, but He was also in heaven the entire time He was upon the earth in the flesh.

"... the Son of man which is in heaven."
Jn. 3:13

Christ is, and always was, omnipresent.
Jer. 23:24

No trinity.

do you believe Jesus is God?

We are physical matter and also have a spirit (soul)

Then the father became man as an infant? Visit the people and redeem them?
Matt 1:23
Lk 1:68
The father descended in the form of a dove?
Matt 3:16
The father sent himself?
Jn 14:26
The father was preached?
The father ascended into heaven?
1 Tim 3:16

I’m really confused now!

Please state your beliefs about God Thanks

Can Jesus be above every other being in existence and NOT be God?

Maybe I've missed something.
So you are oneness.

You believe Jesus is the Father.

thank you for answering my question.

Jesus is not God. He is the Son of God.
And a divine Father begets only a divine Son (Jn 3:16), just as a human father begets only a human son.

Likewise, the apostle John, whom Jesus loved (Jn 13:23, 19:26, 20:2, 21:7, 20) disagrees. . .

The Word was God (Jn 1:1). . .the Word became flesh and dwelt among us (Jn 1:14) in Jesus of Nazareth.

You either believe the NT word of God, or you don't.

Ah.

I don't subscribe to the trinity.

The Bible doesn't teach it.

Jesus is God.

Just as the Bible teaches.
You agree with this statement:

He is the God-Man; both fully Man and God. This is called the Hypostatic Union of Christ.

How does the Bible teach the above statement?

Your belief is so inconsistent.
