How Holy Laughter Have Some Things in Common with Hinduism

Since there is a report that holy laughter movement does happen in the Baptist churches, the late Dr. Roger Barrier did not discern it as apostasy, even though he did say not to pursue it, and yet this came about seeking a filling of the Spirit which I believe is the cause and effect for that phenomenon to occur.

What Is 'Holy Laughter' and Is it Biblical?

Although the Southern Baptist convention condemned it, it seems they are not discerning why God is allowing that strong delusion to occur in the Baptist churches in the first place.

Taking your eyes off of Christ in worship in seeking a filling of the "Spirit" is why this is considered suffering a thief to break through.

FYI Those Baptists that misapply Ephesians 5:18 as if that is not just a call to stay sober but to seek a continual filling of the Spirit are opening themselves up to be suffering that phenomenon to occur.

The Grove City Alliance Church in Grove City PA teaches that notion about seeking a continual filling of the Spirit but when somebody began speaking in tongues as a result, they put an end to that tongue speaker right there by excommunicating him for not ceasing from it, and yet that is one of the phenomenon that can occur for taking your eyes off of Jesus Christ to practice the rudiment in the world for how they seek to receive other spirits by seeing it happen, but not so when born again of the Spirit.

Matthew 12:38-40 has Jesus condemning any believer for looking for a sign or proof so they can believe.

John 14:16-17 testifies that we will know the Holy Spirit by Him dwelling within us and not how the world receives spirits.

2 Corinthians 11:2-4 warns believers about those that preach another Jesus or another spirit which they have not received and thus preaching another gospel that are departing from the faith in Jesus Christ per 2 Corinthians 13:5.

There is only one hope of our calling for why there is no more baptism of the Holy Spirit to be had, let alone another filling of the Holy Spirit per Ephesians 4:4-6

Jesus testified that born again believers will be the same as new wineskins able to hold the new wine and thus not a leaky vessel per Matthew 9:17

That is why after coming to & believing in Jesus Christ, no saved believer will be seeking again to be filled per John 6:35.

After having received Christ Jesus, we are to walk in Him rooted in His words since we are complete in Christ to not be led away by the rudiments in the world, religious or supernatural or otherwise.

Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

This is what happens when saved believers take their eyes off of Christ in coming to God the Father by in worship John 14:6 by offering another way to come to the Father like by way of the Holy Spirit or the broad way by the Trinity which John 10:1 reproves as the emphasis is still on Jesus per John 10:7. This is why that "practice" fulfills the definition in principle of what an antichrist does as "instead of Christ".

When Jesus said how every believer will be judged by His Son per John 5:22 and that is that judgment is when they stop honoring the Son, they are no longer honoring the Father John 5:23

This is why I believe God is allowing these strong delusion to occur because they climbed up another way and so when by principle they are worshiping the Father instead of Christ, they suffer the spirits of the antichrist to break through, even when seeking a continual filling of the Holy Spirit, instead of Christ, is why He will say " I never knew ye, depart from me ye that work iniquity in Matthew 7:21-27 for not heeding His words in Matthew 7:13-14 as they took a different route Luke 13:24-30 for why they wind up being left behind, but still saved as Jesus Christ will continue His work in them in removing all that offends off of that foundation 1 Corinthians 3:10-17 for them to be resurrected after the great tribulation.

So may every believer that hears as the Lord enables, let us keep our eyes on the Son, since the Bridegroom will be coming soon for the abiding bride of Christ. One would hope in a Christ-centered community forum, the Lord would prune them to do that literally in all things.

From what I understand, there are many charismatic churches calling themselves Southern Baptists. I've been to one my in-laws attended in Atlanta, almost 50 years ago. Who knows where things have migrated since then! All I know is I've also been to SB churches, some of whom claim no formal affiliation with the SBC, that would put to shame the Presbyterian and Lutheran churches by their staid-ism.

Regardless, why do you hold the SBC to account for what you didn't characterize as particularly a SB problem, but merely a Baptist problem?

Yes, it is happening across all denominations as that is how a false prophet works as gathering grapes of thistles and figs of thorns Matthew 7:15-16 by promoting another way John 10:1, even the broad way like the Trinity Matthew 7:13-14 as taking their eyes off of the Son in coming to God the Father by John 14:6 & John 10:7.

It is a work of iniquity that can cause that believer to be left behind in Luke 13:24-30 & Titus 1:16 & not just by suffering a thief to break through for a miracle for them to lose self control & fall Matthew 7:24-27 because they do not heed His words in Matthew 7:13-14 & John 14:6

God be willing, raising awareness that this rudiment of the world is infiltrating even the independent fundamental Baptist churches & other Christian denomination as this holy laughter movement is happening across the denominational barriers and all over the world as reported by the 700 Club but the 700 Club do not see it as apostasy... yet. Now it seems the link from the search result has made that web page unavailable.

Baptist & Christian churches are suffering that thief to break through by allowing the creeds to justify worshipping the Holy Spirit with the Father & the Son and even for worshipping the Trinity. Antichrist as it is applied in scripture means "instead of Christ" when John 14:6 plainly states the commandment of His invitation for us to come to the father by the only way provided, His Son and the only way to honor the Father is by only honoring the Son as that standard of judgment has been raised on ever believer according to John 5:22-23. The later part of verse 23 excludes the practice of honoring the Holy Spirit because the moment any believer stops honoring the Son in worship, they are no longer honoring the Father thus by that rudiment in the world, "instead of Christ".

This rudiment of the world can be disguised as seeking that baptism with the Holy Ghost with evidence of tongues, or as "another" baptism with the Holy Ghost by that sign of tongues, or as most churches are deceived by thinking Ephesians 5:18 is an exhortation for believers to seek a continual filling of the Spirit rather than just staying sober as in be filled with the Holy Ghost rather than getting drunk.

They can even disguise that rudiment as seeking a phenomenon or experiencing a tenderness of Jesus where a sinner does not have to come to Jesus Christ but Jesus will come to you, topping it off with seeking a filling of the Spirit for that "healing" to happen without the reaching of the cross as that guest speaker did along with that pastor at the Grove City Alliance Church.

The late Ernest Angeley's Healing Crusade would touch already saved believer's forehead to push them lightly back where catchers would lay these people to the ground by announcing the Holy Spirit falling on them to give them that healing or that casting out of devils.

But do you see how all of these things takes place because of that same common denominator of that rudiment which is "instead of Christ'?

By honoring the Holy Spirit in worship or the blessed trinity or seeking that continual filling of the Holy Spirit or that baptism with the Holy Ghost by a sign? They may not sough the holy laughter phenomenon but when it happens by honoring the Holy Spirit or the Blessed Trinity, you can note how the next church service, they invoke or address the Holy Spirit in worship and that phenomenon happens again.

Why would God allow that strong delusion to occur for addressing the Holy Spirit or the Trinity in worship? Why would these spirits of the antichrist come in with signs and lying wonders to, if possible, to deceive the very elect? The rudiment as in that work of iniquity is identified as "instead of Christ".

As in honoring the Holy Spirit or honoring the blessed Trinity "instead of Christ" is why God allows that strong delusion to occur as it is a work of iniquity that believers and churches are engaging in by allowing those creeds to not take Him at His word for how we are supposed to come to God the Father by but by His Son only per John 14:6 & how to only honor the Father by BUT by His Son John 5:23.

The term "whence" in the KJV testify to the different route that these believers were coming to Him by for why He did not know them Luke 13:24-30 Indeed, going to God the Father by any other way "instead of Christ" is why He did not know them because of that work of iniquity denying Him as the only way to come to God the Father by John 14:6 and to honor Him by John 5:22-23 as "instead of Christ".

Holy laughter I would think apposes walking by faith (the unseen eternal ). laughing more of amusement (not think) It does do good like a medicine but is never a cure .
