So what happens when a church goes astray, especially when they insists on teachings and practices not taught as plainly as such to the N.T. Churches? We can only hope those that hear, will seek the truth from Jesus Christ in His words rather than the words of their church.

Catholic prophecies has the last Pope in office and soon, the Vatican will be destroyed. I would say it will be a matter of "convenience" when their "headquarters" goes to Jerusalem after that for why the world will marvel of its "head" being healed per Biblical prophesies.

Like a lobster in a slowly boiling pot in subjugating the believers to a system of dead works by the sacraments in the RCC, with the death of Peter & Paul in Rome, the "church" in power had to make compromises to avoid their fate by testifying that through no fault of their own, of the unbeliever did not know the gospel of Jesus Christ and His Church, they were saved.

No mystery there why they said that in the Catechism when they had to have done that from the early beginning of that church in Rome, the center of idolatries, for how they were influence to make Mary a continual virgin in spite of scripture saying otherwise and other saints to pray to as if they are gods that can answer prayers.

So by the actions of the history of the RCC, and you did have evil Popes, how is it that no excommunication is practiced on those that refuse to repent of child molestation, but just shuffle them off to another parish? Catholics should not deal with it "in house" but call the Police.

I am not defending the Protestant churches for they too ignore scriptures in favor of Protestant's church traditions that are not Biblical to do, but I am sharing a point of truth with you that any errant church tradition has to be done by the correction of scriptures in either church.
With His help in seeing the truth in His words, it is the only way to weed the errant teachings out among those that misapply scriptures at the expense of other scriptures speaking plainly against how they are misapplying scripture to mean to support that false teaching or apostasy.
