The laying on of hand a metaphor used in parables .It is a form of prayer or request like the folding of ones hands or a bowing as ceremonial sign or shadow to the world the gospel. Every JW becomes a minister after baptism. All can forgive sins done against them personally, they however cannot forgive sins done against God. The little flock when sitting on thrones in heaven will be judging alongside of Jesus.
