Jehovah is sovereign Lord, He is over Jesus---Jesus told you--The Father is greater than i.
Functional subjection does not necessitate ontological inferiority (Ephesians 5:24).
Jehovah is sovereign Lord, He is over Jesus---Jesus told you--The Father is greater than i.
Give me three examples. Many religions that claim to belong to Jesus.
Jesus didn't claim to be God by saying-i am--The pharisees who said nothing but lies about Jesus says he did. Blind guides agree with them by the i am statement, using a non existent statement from the OT that they have in error in their altered translations.Give me three examples.
But what is the difference in meaning between I Will Be and I AM? Is it the translation you have a beef with that you say changes something, or is it Yahweh?
Jehovah is sovereign Lord, He is over Jesus---Jesus told you--The Father is greater than i.
Hi I would offer.Catholicism=2Thess 2:3 and all her branches.
Only the little flock = the anointed bride=144,000( Luke 12:32) Rev 14:3)- These are the ones to sit on thrones( Rev 1:6, Rev 20:6) It was to these Jesus made a covenant with the night of the Lords supper( Luke 22:29-30) Only they are to partake of the two emblems.
You believe one Lord but then refuse to believe One God-the Father-Why?So, you believe in two LORDs? And the LORD is greater than the other LORD?
My Bible teaches that there is "One Lord, Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 8:6, "one Lord" Ephesians 4:5, "same Lord" 1 Corinthians 12:5, "Christ is all, and is in all" Colossians 3:11, "and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord" Jude 1:4, "true Sovereign and Lord" Revelations 6:10).
The Trinity teaches ONE LORD:
The Father is LORD.
The Son is LORD.
The Holy Spirit is LORD.
There are not three or two lords, but ONE LORD.
Few know Jesus or obey him.Hi I would offer.
Catholicism dark place no light of the gospel (sola scriptura)
Catholicism a law of dying mankind called fathers. same spirt of lies with the Pharisee with Sadducees. Both haters of sola scriptura;
Oral tradition they call sacred, passed down from one generation to the next called "apostolic succession "having that form of blasphemy according to the final authority dying mankind. the book of law CCC they
must call Devine.in order to take away sola scriptura the enemy
They refuse to obey the commandment to call no man on earth Holy Father, Holy See, Bishop of Rome, Vicar of Jesus Christ, Successor of the Prince of the Apostles, Supreme Pontiff of the Universal Church Primate of Italy
.
One is our adopting Holy Father, Holy See in heaven. He works in all his born again children. By his powerful Spirit we can cry out Abba Holy Father
Catechism of the Catholic Church. CCC The private book of their law that they call Sacred Oral Tradition. I heard it through the legion of father's grape vine, Dead saints his and hers gods called patron. Handpicked by the Pope
Again, Catholicism hates sola scriptura its enemy. It opposes their final authority oral traditions of dying mankind CCC
In that way no man can serve two written authorities as if one Devine work
The Catholic Bible # 80 "Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture, then, are bound closely together, and communicate one with the other. For both of them, flowing out from the same divine (blasphemy) well-spring, come …
Catholicism has no salvation plan. Just a wondering, wondering, marveling wonder never coming to an end salvation one's soul
Limbo for the younger sinners and Purgatory for the more mature sinner.
Making great claim that this queen mother of heaven entity they named after our blessed sister in the Lord Mary. A doctrine passed down from the Pharisees with Sadducees.
Teaching the Queen mother alone received the fulness of grace the complete cost of salvation. The rest of the world a unknow amount of grace and they must continue on their journey of wondering, wondering, after the lying signs of wonders coming from the father of lies,
He hates sola scriptura also
There can be a difference in opinion (heresy) as an oral traditions. Christmas, no Christmas, Easter no Easter. . sign of the cross or no sign etc .
Just as long as they do not do despite to the fulness of grace. The whole price the that bought them the salvation of one's newborn again soul
2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
The queen mother of heaven the spirit of the antichrist Satan. . anti. . another teaching authority other than sola scriptura. False prophets as false apostle bringing false prophecy (*CCC) the book of their written law they say is Devine
Choosing Peter in Mathew 16 rather than Jesus only reveals they are following another authority other than sola scriptura. The defender of faith.. .the unseen power and glory
Christ's armor that defends us works in and with us. Put it on and keep it on
Why Limbo purgatory tools for wondering, wondering, marveling ???? . . rather than believing as an end to faith. . The power of the Holy Father, Holy See
1 Peter 1:9 Receiving the end of your (born again) faith, even the salvation of your souls .Of which salvation (not limbo and purgatory) the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:
Which is it? Jesus said it to the Pharisees? Or he didn't say it because it isn't there?Jesus didn't claim to be God by saying-i am--The pharisees who said nothing but lies about Jesus says he did. Blind guides agree with them by the i am statement, using a non existent statement from the OT that they have in error in their altered translations.
Jesus answered the pharisees honestly-i am= he existed before Abraham. He did not claim to be God saying i am.Which is it? Jesus said it to the Pharisees? Or he didn't say it because it isn't there?
Well, what does it mean that he existed before Abraham did? And is the sentence, "Before Abraham was I am." in a normal grammatical form? Why not?Jesus answered the pharisees honestly-i am= he existed before Abraham. He did not claim to be God saying i am.
You believe one Lord but then refuse to believe One God-the Father-Why?
Your comparison ignores the fact that we need to examine each passage carefully as we encounter different usage of the English word "Lord" in different contexts. For example in the O.T. we encounter a distinction between "LORD" and "Lord" in the following:by the same logic you must applied that to the "One Lord, Jesus Christ" and that suggests "Only Jesus Christ is One Lord." And every time you read the "Lord" in the Bible it means Jesus Christ. That will not fit into your unbiblical theology, so you had no choice but to believe in two LORDs and that is still unscriptural position.
Psalm 110:1 (KJV): The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
Greetings Binyawmene,
Your comparison ignores the fact that we need to examine each passage carefully as we encounter different usage of the English word "Lord" in different contexts. For example in the O.T. we encounter a distinction between "LORD" and "Lord" in the following:
Psalm 110:1 (KJV): The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
These are two different Hebrew words and the first "LORD" is the Hebrew "YHWH" and is the One God, Yahweh, God the Father and the second "Lord" is the Hebrew "Adon" and is our Lord Jesus Christ.
Kind regards
Trevor
God inspired his words. Pray and ask him. Jesus is the firstborn of all creation.= created direct, first and last all other things created THROUGH him.Well, what does it mean that he existed before Abraham did? And is the sentence, "Before Abraham was I am." in a normal grammatical form? Why not?
Every spot in OT where-LORD is=YHVH(Jehovah)= the tetragrammoton. And at Psalm 110:1-The utterance of Jehovah( LORD) to my Lord( Jesus) sit at my right hand--see, not our right hand, MY right hand.I believe in "One God, the Father" (1 Corinthians 8:6) and that is even quoted in the Nicene Creed. The Father is part of the doctrinal framework and without the Father there would be no Trinity. You, and other Unitarians of your kind, want that verse to say, "Only the Father is One God." That verse doesn't say "only" and it's unscriptural to suggest the Father is the one and only sole person of God. If that was true (which it isn't), then by the same logic you must applied that to the "One Lord, Jesus Christ" and that suggests "Only Jesus Christ is One Lord." And every time you read the "Lord" in the Bible it means Jesus Christ. That will not fit into your unbiblical theology, so you had no choice but to believe in two LORDs and that is still unscriptural position.

One CANNOT sit at their own right hand.
1.Is there another Creator besides God?God inspired his words. Pray and ask him. Jesus is the firstborn of all creation.= created direct, first and last all other things created THROUGH him.
It proves 100% Jesus is not Jehovah. That is not a good argument to make Scripturally or against Trinitarianism.
1. Revelation reveals that Jesus Christ does not have his own throne in heaven, that is, one that is separate from the Father’s throne. There is only one throne that God the Father and Jesus Christ sit on in heaven, and they share it together.
2. Right hand means "position of authority and power."
3. Jesus Christ is both YHWH and man. The Hypostatic Union. I will encourage you to study what Trinitarianism believe so you can have better arguments.
4. And you spelled Tetragrammaton wrong. You should think or edit before you send a reply.
Jesus is Gods master worker( Prov 8:30)= the one who was beside God during the creation-Jesus gives God 100% credit at Prov 8 for creating.1.Is there another Creator besides God?
2. If Jesus was created first, where was he before he was born in a manger?
3. Why would God need to create someone who he had to create all else through?
4. How can he be created both first and last?
5. Is the sentence, "Before Abraham was I am?" grammatically correct?
6. If it is not, then why is it worded that way?
