We see it in several text...
Matthew 24:34
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Mark 13:30
Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

Luke 21:32
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

What are everyone's thoughts...

He was referring to some of the predictions he had just made. But why he said "till ALL these things be fulfilled" I don't know.

Most of what he said took place in that gen in Israel. The exception is at v29, where you can see the stage becomes the whole world. This swift worldwide judgement has been delayed.

This is explained in 2P3.

The 70 weeks came to their end; that’s what the initial questions were about.

All warnings are direct, sober and vital about that generation. If Israel did not pursue the mission of the Gospel, it would perish, and did.
