Trinity or Triune god doctrine

The most professed Christians believe in the Trinity or triune god.

they are called Trinitarians.

If you want to know about God and His Son Jesus, read the Bible yourself, not rely on the churches.

They just give you what most want to hear.

To start, read the gospel books Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and the Revelation.

Jesus and His apostles did not teach the Trinity or Jesus is God.

Jesus' word or teachings are not hard to understand like most churches are spreading.

Most churches are worshippers of the triune god which the Bible did not even mention once.

This teaching is called the trinity.

They will tell you that if you don't believe in the Trinity, you will not be saved which is utterly bogus.

This is the first thing they teach you to beginners in the Bible class.

It is called "brainwashing".

Christianity is all about what Jesus teaches and we are supposed to be His followers.
Jesus makes it clear that He is the Teacher.
So get to know Him by reading directly His word if you are interested in the whole truth about Christianity.

This is the gospel:

"for God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life"

John 3:16

It does not say if you believe in the Trinity or Jesus is God you will be saved.

blessings.
I agree that the gospel is about Jesus Christ but Who do you call upon to save you as God our Saviour? Jesus Christ.
disclaimer:

This thread is not for debate.

I will respond to all honest or sincere inquiries.

blessings.
How about addressing how professing believers that speak against the Trinity doctrine are denying the deity of Jesus Christ?

If you believe Jesus Christ is God the Saviour that has saved you for believing in Him, then how do you address those anti-Trinitarians that deny Jesus Christ as God our Saviour?

We don't claim Jesus is God.

It is unbiblical.

That is what this thread is all about.
Then pray tell what was Jesus Christ crucified for if not for blasphemy for declaring Himself to be God?

Starting with Jesus isn't God is foundational to understanding the Bible, but it's apparent from just reading it. It's already intuitive since beginning at Genesis all the way to Malachi, there aren't even any mentions of the name Jesus. The prophets had no idea who he was, when he was going to be born, etc. (1 Peter 1:10-12)
That is because He didn't come as Jesus until the NT. :ROFLMAO: The NT is about His coming and who He is. In the NT however, we do see theophanies revealed to be Christ. And you are mistaken when you say the prophets had no idea who He was. They are the very ones who prophesied His coming and His mission, and His identity as deity---Emanuel, God with us.
There are no quotes by Jesus in the Old Testament, no actions by Jesus in the Old Testament, no examples of him pre-existing creation, etc. Therefore there isn't much to say in regard to those things
Those things are not true either. He was the cloud and the pillar of fire, the Rock, the Lord who visited Abraham---He has been there all along. The NT tells us that He is the one who created everything and hold all things together. He had to be there to do that, and He also had to be God as only God can create out of nothing.
What's apparent from the plain reading of the Bible is that Jesus is indeed a human being who God was with. This is also the intuitive understanding that is lifted from the pages as people read. For example, Jesus is referred to as a man whom God empowered repeatedly through the Bible. Basic level reading comprehension makes this easy to see.
Oddly, the Trinity doctrine doesn't deny that. So what now?
While there are some things that when isolated from context, it's possible to make it appear as though Jesus could be God, all of these instances are circumstantial and based on a technicality in grammar or removal from the context. As a result, when properly examined, any and all claims to the deity of Jesus will be refuted again and again until kingdom come when "God brings Jesus back the same way he was taken to heaven.
There is nothing circumstantial about the Bible. It is what Jesus did, what He accomplished, the very holiness and magnitude and reach of it that proves beyond all doubt, that Jesus had to be God. It is the attempted use of technicality in grammar or isolating from context that is used to deny this, as you yourself have proven. The deity of Christ has never been refuted. You confuse the fact that nothing a Trinitarian says on the subject has changed your mind with you having refuted it. They are not the same thing and are not even related.

Don't be a sore loser, dear.

@Runningman

You accused me of misusing grammar concerning the word "and" as not recognizing that Rev is stating that Jesus is not God, in order to make it say that it was not saying that. And you asked for what you asserted would be my "workaround". And I gave how I arrive at my interpretation in post #150. Why have you not addressed that post in which I gave what you asked for?

The Trinity Allusions (John 14:16, Matthew 28:19, 1 Corinthians 12:4-6, 1 Peter 1:2, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Ephesians 4:4-6).

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28:19).

- The Personhood of the Son
1. Person, with the Father (Hebrews 1:3, Colossians 1:15).
2. Distinction, with the Father (John 1:1, 17:5).
3. Inseparable, with the Father (John 8:29, John 16:32).
4. Union, with the Father (John 10:38, John 14:10-11).
5. Co-equal, with the Father (John 5:18, Philippians 2:6).
6. Co-eternal, with the Father (Psalms 90:2, Proverbs 8:25).
7. Co-glory, with the Father (Hebrews 1:3, John 17:10, 24).
8. Co-creator, with the Father (1 Corinthians 8:6, Colossians 1:16).
I think the "allusions" are as close as the Bible comes to any quasi-teaching of a trinity.

It teaches nowhere that God is three persons.

It is fascinating to note, though, that there were three main gods in the ancient land of Canaan and the pagan religion that was popular at the time of Nicaea was Mithraism - which embraced a three-god deity.

baal, ashtoreth and moloch were the constant enemy-gods of the Almighty in the Bible.

It appears that these three have crept their way into the Christian religion via the Catholic Church and the Counsel of Nicaea.

It seems that the Trinity is just a re-badging, or re-labeling, of the ancient gods of the land of Canaan. The enemies of God, operating just under the surface of open society, have kept them in the spotlight all along unbeknownst to so many throughout the ages.

When you spread a false gospel, you are a loser.

That's the fact.
Well hello loser. You make it so easy. But I apologize for taking the bait, and recant my statement.

I called you a loser because you have been repeating the same claims that he already rebutted tong of times.

The doctrine and those supporting it does not say it is not in the Bible anywhere. They only say the word trinity is not in the Bible. It isn't there because it doesn't need to be. God reveals Himself as three in one. That a concept is given a name, does not mean the concept does not exist.

This is a typical explanation of Trinity doctrine.

It is not there because RCC made it up and the protestant adopted it.

People blindly take it because they are not diligent enough to read the Bible.

the proof of their ignorance is in the fruit they are producing.

I will bring up the most evil fruit they are producing.

Stay tuned.

Explain 1 Tim 3:16

Christ not the Father who ascended into heaven!

1 Timothy 3:16
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

“Received up into glory”!

Acts 1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

Christ was received up into glory!
God was received up into glory!

Jesus Christ the 2nd person of the holy trinity is God!

"Jesus is God" or Triune god believers evil fruit:

First of all, Jesus did not claim to be God.

This is the first and the most hideous lies they produced since RCC was introduced to the world.
