We find the following in Gods Word..
2 Corinthians 9:6
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully, shall reap also bountifully.

This seems clear that God asks for us more than just to give miserly, since it follows in the next verse with '7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.'

And we see..
1 Corinthians 13:1-3
1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

If we lack love (charity) we are nothing..

And in another place we find Christ telling the religious leaders and learned men...
Matthew 22:29
Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

So we can be right about doctrine or prophecy and know the Bible word for word, from front to back, and yet........

What is fullness of belief that is needed by a true Christian..

So if we understand all Prophecies and Scripture, Doctrine.., what more do we need?

Scripture offers several answers to that question. 1 Corinthians 13 makes it clear love is needed. Other passages in the NT assert testing is needed. However, among my favorites the following says,

2 Peter 1:3-11
....seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted, having forgotten his purification from his former sins. Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you.

It turns out quite a lot is needed, and knowledge, understanding and wisdom are never intended to be thought sufficient.

God can supply us with what we need especially when it comes to what is needed most, the love for Him and our brothers and sisters.

Yes you must care for those around you.

The original command of God concerning love was to the twelve tribes of the House of Israel.
This command is found in Leviticus 19:16-18.

16 Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD. 17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. 18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
Leviticus 19:16–18.

God situated each tribe their encampments around the Tabernacle: three tribes to the north, three tribes to the east, three tribes to the south, three tribes to the west. There were about 4 million Hebrews God delivered out of bondage in Egypt. (I will post the Scripture again to help you understand the context of God's command which is for covenant Israel to love only covenant Israel. God also commanded His Chosen elect people to not mingle with the nations (Gentiles) nor learn their ways. God was adamant that His people stay clear of the ways and means and idol-worshiping sins of those outside His covenant to keep His people holy.)

16 Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour [member of another tribe encamped next to you]: I am the LORD.
17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother [member of the same tribe] in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour [member of another tribe encamped next to you], and not suffer sin upon him.
18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people [member of any tribe], but thou shalt love thy neighbour [member of another tribe encamped next to you] as thyself: I am the LORD.
Leviticus 19:16–18.

God's Holy Law was given to the children of Israel to the exclusion of uncircumcised, non-covenant Gentiles. God's Law was not given to Gentiles and Gentiles were never under the Law of God also known as the Law of Moses (and of God.)
God gives the original command of love to the children of Israel and Is instructed for Israel to love covenant Israel. But later that love was severely tested as the tribes divided into a Northern Kingdom and a Southern Kingdom which warred against each other and hated each other. When Christ arrived His teaching of Israel (Matt. 5:43-48) included a return to the original command and as their King could do no less.
If we as born-again Christians are to obey God we must also obey Him in the original command for covenant brethren to love only covenant brethren, to not cast our pearls to swine (non-covenant, unsaved people) nor give that which is holy (God's love) to dogs (non-covenant people.)

The apostles to the Jews, James, and John, are abundantly clear in their instruction to their Jewish brethren in their respective letters to them:

4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
James 4:3–4.

15 Love not the world (non-covenant people), neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1 John 2:15.

God's love is given to His covenant people only, and it is holy. His love is for the benefit of them for their growth and encouragement. It comes with profit. When a covenant brother or sister gives their love to non-covenant people it is adultery against their brethren and against God. And Israel has in her past been guilty of this sin. God is a jealous God. The knowledge that flows from love serves God's purpose but only when His love is given to those, He's commanded in obedience to receive His love: His covenant people Israel.

God speaks to all people not just a certain demographic..
God controls the hearing ear and the seeing eye.
He's blinded Israel for 1900 years so that He may bring in Gentiles to Himself.
God will soon remove the blindness from Israel and IMHO will give blindness to Gentiles so that He may return His attention back to Israel and return to building His Church began at Pentecost and temporarily halted when the Temple was destroyed. The Times of the Gentiles will end with the destruction of the Gentile nations. And Gentile Christians live in those Gentile nations. God only speaks to people He's given ears to hear. There are people "condemned already" and that will not change.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light [CHRIST] is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light [CHRIST], because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light [CHRIST], neither cometh to the light [CHRIST], lest his deeds should be reproved. Jn 3:18–20.

The Lord knows them that are His.

Those whose names are in the book of life of the lamb slain from [before] the foundation (creation) of the world, and those whose names are not. Call it a certain demographic.

Salvation - and all its parts - are of the Jews.

Wow. That is some really messed up, scripture-twisting, half-truths.

The prophecy of Isaiah 6:9 was fulfilled in the New Testament era (Mt. 13:34). Millions of Jews in Israel did and have come to know Jesus since Calvary and Act 2's outpouring at Pentecost is a blatant repudiation of the "God-blinded-Israel-for-centuries" position. When Paul spoke of God hardening of Israel it was a partial hardening and the entire New Testament record shows Jews AND Gentiles coming to Christ. That hardening and the preservation of a remnant is explicitly stated to have existed "at the present time" when Paul wrote those words.

Romans 11:5-26
In the same way then, there has also come to be at the present time a remnant according to God's gracious choice. But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace. What then? What Israel is seeking, it has not obtained, but those who were chosen obtained it, and the rest were hardened.................. For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? If the first piece of dough is holy, the lump is also; and if the root is holy, the branches are too. But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree, do not be arrogant toward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you................ For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery — so that you will not be wise in your own estimation — that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; and so all Israel will be saved.....

  • At the present time
  • Partial (not complete) hardening
  • Fullness of Gentiles
  • All Israel saved

At the present time!!!

Paul was writing about conditions existing circa 58AD and NOT about conditions in 2024 AD. There is a direct correlation between the qahal of the Old Testament and the ecclesia of the New, and people like Noah and Abraham serve as examples of those called out early - looonng before Pentecost. The gospel was preached to Abraham (Gal. 3:8), the righteous have always lived by faith (Rom. 1:17), and those of faith prior to Calvary are made complete in us (Heb. 11:39-40). The Church has always existed. Modern futurists look for something already accomplished by God. They hope for a fulfillment proving their belief while the overwhelming majority of Christendom believes God because His integrity has already been demonstrated when He did what He promised to do. Because of His integrity we hope. Those are two completely different kinds of Christianity.

I think no one has been blinded, God has been working with all for their salvation as we see..
Acts 9:15
But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

Acts 9:15

That verse does not say, "...for their salvation..." The same name that saves also judges. Writing to the saints in Rome, Paul explained how the Gentiles, who do not have the Law, will still be judged.

Romans 2:14-16
For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them, on the day when, according to my gospel, God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus.

There is no other name by which anyone may be saved (Acts 4:12). The exact same name that saves is the exact same name through which God judges. It is the Lord who judges us. Every motive and all the things hidden in darkness will be exposed (1 Cor. 4:5). Those who reject Jesus and do not accept his teachings will be judged by those same words (Jn. 12:48).

The name Paul brought to the Gentiles and kings judges and sentences those it does not save.

I would offer and ask . . .

Who did Satan or what I call the king of lying sign that some wonder after. . . . Who did blind with lying signs and wonders before Israel?

Was Cain blinded . Was Jacob blinded before he was redeemed by our Holy Father Israel, naming his son Israel as prince after the Fathers own name. as Melchizedek, King of earthly dying king's. Lord of earthly dying lords The Holy Spirit of adoption by which all believer even today can cry out Abba Holy Father

Hebrews 7:1-3 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.

What we will be having shod these bodies of death and received the incorruptible is not revealed. Could be like the Psychedelic Cuttlefish or “Chameleon snake” the serpent changing color and form, legs cut off eat dust .LOL

1 John 3:1Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

God can supply us with what we need especially when it comes to what is needed most, the love for Him and our brothers and sisters.
Can? Of does?

For one, they need CORRECT doctrine, doctrines that doesn't separate itself from its Hebrew roots.

I would offer and ask . . .

Who did Satan or what I call the king of lying sign that some wonder after. . . . Who did blind with lying signs and wonders before Israel?
The verses I cited say God, not Satan did the blinding. In Isaiah it was a divine prophetic declaration. In the gospels the deafening, blinding, and lack of comprehension is asserted as a fulfillment of prophecy AND juxtaposed against the giving of sight/perception, hearing/understanding to the apostles AND the deaf/dumb/blind condition is explicitly stated to be "lest they repent and be healed."

  • God blinds
  • God deafens
  • God confuses (or obstructs)
  • God gives sight
  • God gives hearing
  • God gives knowledge
  • God gives understanding (mere knowledge is often insufficient)
  • God blinds, deafens, and confuses so people will not repent
  • God blinds, deafens, and confuses so people will not repent and be healed (or forgiven, or saved).
All of those points are stated elsewhere in the Bible. One of the problems is people falsely dichotomize this to say there are only two options: God has either blinded you or not. Another problem that ensues from the false dichotomy is the failure to understand that Isaiah/Gospels condition is not the whole of life, nor the only options. The same sort of problem occurs when one side cites God wants all to be saved as the only possible desire God can and does have. No! God can and does have many desires at the same time and any segment of history may have objectives of its own assigned by God for His purpose.

Notice I did not and did not need to mention the ling of lying once.

Whether the hardening, blindness, confusion, etc., etc., occurs at the hand of the hard-hearted human or the adversarial Adversary does not change the fact God is the Causal Agent. God uses human folly quite often. God exploits man and Satan all the time. Satan is NOT a free agent.
Was Cain blinded . Was Jacob blinded....
What does scripture state?
before he was redeemed by our Holy Father Israel, naming his son Israel as prince after the Fathers own name. as Melchizedek, King of earthly dying king's. Lord of earthly dying lords The Holy Spirit of adoption by which all believer even today can cry out Abba Holy Father

Relevance? You asked me about Satan. None of those texts mention Satan. Satan gets blamed for a lot of bad stuff, but he is not the one individual upon whom scripture lays blame. The entire book of James lays all the problems in the Christian life on the flesh, not Satan. From beginning to end the Bible's inescapable context is 1) God is in charge and 2) Satan is also a sinfully dead and enslaved sinner. Satan's not in charge of anything. Neither are you, me, or anyone else mentioned in scripture (or than God).

So we can be right about doctrine or prophecy and know the Bible word for word, from front to back, and yet........

What is fullness of belief that is needed by a true Christian..
We don't need anything other that belief in the person and work of Jesus to be a true Christian. There is no fullness of belief. No arriving at fullness of belief. Belief in Christ is full already. There is knowledge gained, understanding gained, as we grow, and all of this increase comes straight out of scripture, and out of scripture comes doctrine. What you are talking about is not belief but sanctification. And all of it is from God as a gift. Take a look at this, slowly and carefully.

Eph 1

Spiritual Blessings in Christ

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5 he predestined us[b] for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 9 making known[c] to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ 10 as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

11 In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. 13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the guarantee[d] of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it,[e] to the praise of his glory.

We might well say, there is no room for us in there. It is all Him. So why then are we told to work out our salvation? To pursue holiness, which is is outlined as imperatives throughout the epistles as to Christian behavior and attitude, the way in which His adopted children who He has brought into His household as sons and daughters in Christ, are to behave with one another and in all their ways. Is God monergistic in salvation and then retreats to synergism in our spiritual growth, in our pursuit of holiness? Not according to what we read above. He chose us to be holy and blameless before Him. He gives us every spiritual blessing. He adopted us. We are holy to Him. He has made us holy. As holy to Him He must and does provide what we need to live this out. Our responsibility is to learn of Him, and submit to Him.

So, the imperatives we are to work out our salvation, and to pursue holiness is seen in the same sense as the call to repentance, and the call to believe, in the doctrines of Reformed theology. We have a duty to God as our Father, and He will discipline and correct, as any good Father does, but He will not cast out. We learn from Him, from His word. And we grow. We submit to His word. It is a lifelong process as we await the possession of our inheritance.

And there is no such thing as anyone understanding all prophecy, all Scripture, all doctrine.

For one, they need CORRECT doctrine, doctrines that doesn't separate itself from its Hebrew roots.
Roots of dying mankind ? How does that work out?

  • God blinds
  • God deafens
  • God confuses (or obstructs)
  • God gives sight
  • God gives hearing
  • God gives knowledge
  • God gives understanding (mere knowledge is often insufficient)
  • God blinds, deafens, and confuses so people will not repent
  • God blinds, deafens, and confuses so people will not repent and be healed (or forgiven, or saved).

Thanks,

I would agree that the adversary does not change the fact God is the Causal Agent. His will is done in the end of the matter.

Satan (darkness) does get accredited for the gospel light, brighter than the light of this dark dying world

Satan the god of this world does the blinding through the lust of the eye and lust of the flesh .The two false pride builders

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

God who is Spirit and is Love He cannot only create light temporal .(Sun Moon ) the essence of God is light . .The revealer the darkness

2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

John 12:40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.

In the new heavens and earth there will be no Sun or Moon Just as it was the three days before the glory of God as the Light of this world departed. but in the new 7 times brighter. there will be no night as there was the first three days The Sun and Mon to represent our Holy God the source of faith or light and the son of man a reflection of the glory

Isaiah 26 Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.

Psalms 19:1-3 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice (father and the Son) is not heard.

Without parables Christ spoke not. Parables reveal the darkness giving sight to the blind

Come out from among them and be ye separate.
But you won't. The spirit of Jezebel rules the Gentile Church.
LOL So what do I need a Hebrew DNA change or transplant?
