Problem is we will have the law of sin in our members until gloryI would offer. . .The solution, a new incorruptible body. One that does not lust after sin and self pride. . . . neither male, nor female. The one eternal bride .
I would think Limbo/ Purgatory is not a solution to the sin nature.
The promise all die having not received the new incorruptible bodies that will not die or grow old..no one has received it.
Christians must walk by faith or power of Christ the unseen eternal Head our husband.
Hebrews 11:39King James Version39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith,(trusting God not seen)
received not the promise:
Gnosticism secret knowledge. . . they say the ressurection has come and will they be reincarnated in the same body, same queen of heaven.
Putting there trust/ faith in Limo Purgatory. It would seem to hold them over until the get there carnal bodies back . . The wondering doctrine?
2 Timothy 2:18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith(Christ in us)

What about between now and the hour of death?Death
, and new life
We cannot do anything about it. We have the law of sin in our members constantly waging war against the spirit. What about between now and the hour of death?
So you surrender? No fight? No resistance? We cannot do anything about it. We have the law of sin in our members constantly waging war against the spirit.
When did I say, or give that idea?So you surrender? No fight? No resistance?
Regeneration, and ultimately Salvation, accomplished from the foundation of the world. The Spirit of God, and The Christ. Alive, beyond our descriptions. What is the solution to the sin nature?

You: “We cannot do anything about it.”When did I say, or give that idea?
Of course we don’t surrender Don.
And Christians are called to suffer for his sake phil 1:29Regeneration, and ultimately Salvation, accomplished from the foundation of the world. The Spirit of God, and The Christ. Alive, beyond our descriptions.
The sin nature is death. The solution is life in the Spirit and the work of Christ.
Your comment sounds like nit-picking intentional misconstruing to me.You: “We cannot do anything about it.”
Sure sounds like surrender to me!
Are you saying that suffering is the solution to sin? I'm not following where you are going with this. And Christians are called to suffer for his sake phil 1:29
No servant is greater than his master. Jn 13:16
Christ is our model in suffering. Matt 16:24 Our suffer for His sake, Phil 1:29 for the sake of His body the church. Col 1:24 for the salvation of souls. Phil 1:19
Christ came to take all the sins of the world on Himself!
What does that imply to the servant and disciple?
There is no such thing as a "sin nature." What there is, is sinful flesh. The solution to sinful flesh is salvation from sin found only in Christ and the commensurate resurrection from the grave in which we are raised incorruptible and immortal. What is the solution to the sin nature?
