As the Protestants always say: “all glory unto God” rightly so cos God is the source of all grace and blessing!
What a total cop out.
Not legitimately done while engaging in sin.

Is God the source yes or no?What a total cop out.

Is God the source yes or no?
Is God the source when I ask you to pray for me? Or an I worshiping you?
Fundamentalist nonsense
As the source of grace noTotal dodge of the fact that RC's pray to Mary.
You can stop hiding now, and come out and admit that they do.
As the source of grace no
What does this have to do with the OP?Mary all powerful advocate!
Help of Christian’s!
Mary ever virgin, mother of God, is all powerful in her prayers!
Mary’s prayers are all powerful not cos she is God but because her son is God!
and on becoming man He (Jesus) obeyed his own commandments
you might check out the one that says “honor Thy father and mother”
“My hour has not come”
Jn 2
The time set by almighty God for the public ministry of Christ had not come, Jesus Christ still performed the miracle cos his mother interceded, thus a higher law, “honor thy father and mother” if ANYONE else asked it would NOT have been done! The answer was no! But He honored His mother!
and cos of her intercession the disciples believed in Him!
Jn 2:11
There is another point that Jesus is making when he says: what does it have to do with you and me? My hour hath not yet come. Indicating that when “His hour” does come Mary will have a prominent role to play. See Lk 2:35
I think the fact that the NT was written yet is irrelevant, and in no way ties it to what the Catholic's call sacred tradition. They make Peter the focus and not the revelation. And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 16:17.
Exactly what was revealed, and why?
A RC asked my thoughts on this, I believe he was trying to connect, and prove, sacred Tradition here. Does this prove that God still reveals new info to people, namely his church?
Mary all powerful advocate!

What does that have to do with Matthew 16:17 and the question(s) this op asks? Can you be saved without Mary?
That’s my option.

It’s my option.

Yeah, and it's my option to ask, "What's that got to do with the op?"It’s my option
I was speaking with fred
Even though it was mentioned in connection with the OP the OP is not specifically about all the doctrines of the Catholic church. Stay on topic. What teachings?
Relate that to the OP.Is the “word of God” after the ascension of Christ limited to scripture alone?
NT authoritative teaching for the church presents only one Mediator between God and Man--Jesus Christ. Our prayers are directed to God thru the intercession of His saints in His church the communion of saints
Hey Fred, don't feed the troll. He enters threads, no matter what the subject is, and uses them to preach Catholicism. Here's one: Praying to Mary.
Only God is the proper recipient of prayer.
Off topic. Our prayers are directed to God thru the intercession of His saints in His church the communion of saints
I am removing his posts that do not pertain to the OP, where the thread is being abused to preach Catholicism and with nothing but a wall of texts. I will do it in every thread he attempts to take over in this manner from now on. Enough is enough. And so, we began to pray to her using several expressions present in the Gospels directed to her: “full of grace”, “blessed are you among women” (cf. CCC, 2676s.).

Yep, RC's pray to Mary.
This is blasphemous.
