The closer a church is to politics, the farther they are from God. Which is why Pastor's should not publicly pick one side of the political spectrum over the other.
In which context do you mean Saints? As in LDS? or Catholic? I personally feel no man is closer to God than another. Your heart is right with God or it isn't.

It is a wolf in sheep's clothing. It's purpose is for CRT and social justice to replace the gospel in our churches, and is meeting little resistance. And CRT, like all propaganda, is couched in "goodness", but is based in Marxism, which always identifies an oppressor. The new oppressor is the gospel and traditional Christianity. Also it is not really about social justice, but redistribution of the wealth. Voddie Baucham has some good you tube videos on the subject.

Wow! Do you actually go to a church that preaches CRT? I an understand that some people relate social justice to Jesus's commandment: Love thy neighbor.
No I do not and would not. And that does not mean that I do not believe that all people have equal value as created by God, or that any should be treated as inferior based on---anything. Or discriminated against based on social standing, race, religion etc. But those things are taught in the Bible. The Bible also teaches what is sin, and that trumps culture. The gospel is about who Jesus is and what He did and how He did it. The Bible is about who God is and who we are as His creatures. And it is the word of God churches should be teaching. The moral aspects are an outflow of those things, and are learned from the scriptures and accomplished in the believer by the Holy Spirit working in them to do.

Sounds simple doesn't it, instead of bickering over Arminianism, Calvinism, and a number of other things that distract and separate Christians from each other when they should be uniting. especially in this day and age.
