Lucifer was from the Latin Vulgate as a reference to Venus. The original Greek texts did not have "Lucifer" as an added reference.

That means for most of history, Christians and Satanists and Freemasons got Satan's name wrong because it was never Lucifer.

How they believed that was Satan's original name when Isaiah 14 is about a king who had died and his corpse was left unburied for exalting himself as "god" for why he was casted down by God.
