Are Altar Calls Biblical?

Are alter calls biblical?
Sure. Any call to trust God for the salvation from sin and wrath only He can provide is biblical. The location is simple geography. That "call" can be made anywhere at any time in many ways. Besides, most "altar calls" don't actually occur at an altar. They happen at the stage, or the lectern, pews, or even in the folding chairs set up in rows šŸ˜.
Is there any scripture support?
Only by inference.

Inclusion into the covenant with God among the New Testament Jew or convert to Judaism was decided by the ritual of circumcision. That ritual was done away with by Christ. The "call" that is salvific comes only from God. Mere intellectual assent to human words of reason does not save. If and when God calls and chooses a person (man are called but not all are chosen) for salvation from sin that salvation happens, and it happens whether the person is called from/at/to an altar or not. God's call is not limited to or by the geography of creation or man-made artifices.

Anyone reading this who is not a believer in the resurrected Son of God can take the opportunity right here and right there wherever they are to ask God for His salvation, promising with what sincerity they can muster right now they repent and with God's power will follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior in gratitude for the many gifts given by God for that purpose. ;)
