This is the Christians being caught up as descibed in 1 Thes 4:17 and the surrounding verses.

What is meant by....:coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and "the day of the Lord has come."

The coming of the Lord Jesus is seen in 1 Thes 4:16....the day of the Lord is the following 7 years tribulation period or as some call it the time of Jacobs trouble.

The word apostasia (apostasy) can mean a physical departure or it can mean a theological departure.
In this instance physical departure is the best fit.

What is meant by..."the man of lawlessness is revealed"?

The antichrist is revealed.

What is meany by...."he takes his seat in the temple "

The temple will be rebuilt and the antichrist will enter it claiming to be God. This happens about 3-1/2 yeras into the tribulation.

What is meant by...."what is restraining him now"

The church has it's part in restraining a whole lot of evil through prayer and spiritual warfare. Those prayers and supplication are part of the restrainer.

What is meant by..."restrains it will do so until he is out of the way."

When the church is removed at the pre-trib rapture the antichrist will have free range.

What is meant by..."strong delusion"?

Many options here. I believe it may be disclosure were all being groomed to accept.
