As Jesus said,

Mat 10:11, And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence.
Mat 10:12, And when ye come into an house, salute it.
Mat 10:13, And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

Mat 10:14, And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
Mat 10:15, Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Now...

if this house be worthy, then my peace shall come upon it.

If it be not worthy, my peace shall return to me;

And it may be that they may not receive me, nor hear my words.

I will be obedient to this scripture if that happens.

I may not shake off the dust of my literal feet; but I will "shake off the dust of my feet" in the spiritual sense of what that means...

I know that I didn't salute this house (website) before and so there has been some contention.

Hopefully that will cease now.

Nevertheless, it seems to me to be expedient to quote the following scripture:

1Th 2:2, But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention.

Contention is not necessarily a bad thing; since we are told this in holy scripture:

Jde 1:3, Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

I would say bless the moderators that I think are doing a good difficult work.

To content for the faith (God's unseen power) . We can put on armor of God. It as a living word sword of the Spirit defend us. We in turn care for it by rightly dividing it according to the loving commandment . .Divide by comparing the temporal things seen to the unseen eternal thing of God (2 Corinthian 4:18 ) In that way no adding or subtracting.

Christians have the perfect sealed with 7 seals til the last day under the sun the end of temporal time . In that way we can be content being empowered to .

We must learn how not to offer what God calls wicked fist debating to be heard on high. . It would be like the strange fire offered by Aarons two sons as a ceremonial law a sign/shadow to the world. Not a sign to those who perform it . Aarons two son in efect saying Look at us "false pride" or "strange fire" the evidence of a false gospel .The fire consumed them not a hint of smoke on the ceremonial clothing The foundation of the new testament baptism of a new member to the priesthood again sign to the world not one's own self.

the atheist Jew as Pharisees were adding to the ceremonial fast with the idea of kosher walk (how many steps) kohser how many meals (3 at that time) basically restricting them to cave hide from the poor the naked those who do not have the gospel destroying the purpose of the gospel.

If we have a wicked fist pray it would be a open hand to fellowship the peace of God that surpaes our undetstand giving us his faith as the understanding again make the burden f the moderators lighter as well as ours

Preach in hope God teaches.

Isaiah 58:1-5King James Version Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God. Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high. Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the Lord? Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

Obedience to Christ in the situation offered by the scripture in question would not be to "smite with the fists of wickedness" as it would be in obedience to Christ.
