'Regeneration' invokes nothing of the kind. Whether or not decisions are made as a result of regeneration, that is not what the word means.

The Drawing is regeneration, it effects conversion, Faith and repentance, and the regenerated person has a desire to drink

No doubt the regenerated wants to drink, and he will drink. Nevertheless, his drinking is not what causes his salvation. It is entirely by grace that he is saved, and not by something he does.
