Yes we can find those who disagree with each other, but what I am saying isn't unusual for a Unitarian. You have a highly unusual and specific interpretation where singing is prayer.

John 16 comes after John 14 and stands. When or if you are ready to listen to Jesus then John 16:23 will be there for you.
