In all the religious clutter of disputes and arguments, what are the only essential doctrines of salvation?

Speaking only of the church of the apostles then they are commanded to teach us! Matt 28:19

Christians must be taught or instructed, according to the sense which the perpetual consent of the Catholic Church hath held and expressed, as commanded by Christ! Matt 28:19-20 acts 1:2

Lk 1:4
Matt 28:19
Lk 10:16
Jn 20:21
Acts 8:31
Titus 1:9
Titus 2:12
Colossians 2:7
Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught…

No Christian has the authority to read scripture for yourself and decide your own doctrines or beliefs! “One faith” Eph 4:5 Thee faith once handed to the saints” Jude 1:3
Where do you get this from? When Jesus prayed for his apostles, did he not say, "My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message..."

Where do you get that idea?

The church! We must hear the church Matt 18:17

Jesus Christ extends his mission, power, and authority to His church of His apostles! The apostles have the same mission, ministry, power, and authority as Christ! Jn 20:21 as the father sent me, so I send you!

Even His judging!
Matt 19:28 and 1 cor 6:2
His teaching authority!
Matt 28:19 and Jn 20:21
His power to forgive sins!
Jn 20:23
Jn 17:22 / rom 2:10 / 1 pet 1:7 Christ shares His glory with His saints!
His being the light of the world!
Matt 5:14
Must hear church Matt 18:18
His ministry of reconciliation!
2 cor 5:18
His authority in governing the church and administering the kingdom!
Matt 16:18-19 & 18:18 Jn 21:17
Lk 22:29
Apart from me you can do nothing. Jn 15:5
Acts 2:42 doctrine of the apostles!
So the church is subject to Christ!
Eph 5:24
Christ shares His glory! 2 thes 1:10 rev 12:1

The pillar and foundation of TRUTH!
1 Tim 3:15
Yes, we must hear the church, the body of Christ. But there is disagreement with what that consists of.

Matt 16:18-19
Matt 28:19
Lk 10:16
Jn 20:21
Eph 2:20
Church is apostolic!

One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic

One: Jn 10:16

Holy: Eph 2:19-22

Catholic: Lk 1:10-11 Jn 1:29 Jn 3:16
(Universal)

Apostolic: eph 2:20

Only Christ has authority to found the one true church Matt 16:18-19 all others are heretical the tradition of men!

Four marks (characteristics) of the one true church founded by Jesus Christ to teach and sanctify all men unto eternal salvation!

One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church!

Yes the apostles must teach us!

Christ and His church are one! Acts 9:4 eph 5:32
Yes, they are but where many people believe that this refers to a specific church organization (usually the one they belong to) I see it as all those who trust adhere to and believe on Jesus.

Believe what?
Without unity of faith there can be no unity!
Whatever I feel or the Christian faith revealed by Christ eph 4:5 Jude 1:3 with the guarantee of the HS Jn 8:32 & 16:13 taught by the apostles and the apostolic church!? Matt 28:19

Thanks

You are right, there must be unity but the unity doesn’t come first. Unity comes through our trust and relying on Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Think of it as a cone with God being at the tip of the cone The further we are from God the further the body is apart from one another but as each one of us comes closer to God we also come closer together until we will reach complete unity.

Certainly there’s hierarchy. Apostle Paul Lazar now ending with Christ is head of the church.
The hierarchy authority begins with Christ then His apostles and their successors and those they ordain!

Ministerial priesthood: “apostles & their successors, and those they ordain” “low priests” under the authority of Christ the “high priest”!

With priestly ministry:
Mk 3:14 “ordained”
Matt 22:14 Jn 15:16 “chosen” “ordained”
Jn 20:21 “sent by Christ with His authority”
Jn 20:23 “power to forgive sins”
Acts 1:8 “anointing with power”
acts 1:15-26 “ministry / bishop”
Acts 2:38-39 “administered sacraments”
acts 14:23 “ordained”
Acts 16:4 “ordained “
Rom 15:16 “minister / sanctify”
1 cor 9:14 “ordained”
1 Tim 2:7 “ordained”
1 Tim 3:1-2 “bishop”
1 Tim 4:14 “priest” “priestly ministry”
Phil 1:1 “bishops deacons”
James 5:14 “anointing with oil”

The ministerial priesthood acts in “the person of Christ” so it is Christ who acts thru them vicariously.
2 cor 2:10 Jn 15:5 eph 5:24

No unity can only come from the same faith!

Eph 4:5 Jude 1:3

1 Timothy 1:19
Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

Colossians 1:23
If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel,

1 Timothy 4:1
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

No unity can only come from the same faith!
Faith is what draws us to God. Saving faith is not a religion it is personal and submissive to God. Whether it is the Catholics or the Baptists, your membership does not mean that you have the same faith in God as your fellow parishioners. Saving faith is not bestowed on anyone by joining or being born in a specific Church it is bestowed upon us by the Holy Spirit.

The hierarchy authority begins with Christ then His apostles and their successors and those they ordain!
Each church has its hierarchy which it deems as best and yet so many of these hierarchies are infested with sinful abuses. Those imbued with God's Holy Spirit would never participate, in or cover-up such behaviors. If they are one faith then that faith is bankrupt.

What must one to to be saved? What say you?
WHEN /IF you're Convicted of your SIN by the Holy SPirit, then what you have to do is REPENT OF YOUR SIN, and Call on God IN BIBLICAL FAITH (God's WORD TO YOU in Conviction) for salvation. And it's DONE. "Baptism" doesn't save you, but you should be baptized AFTER you've become a Christian.

Simple as that.

It is by birth, we must be born again not by the spirit but by water & the spirit. Jn 3:5
Born into the church the communion of saints 1 cor 13:12 2
Pet 1:11

Only one universal church Jn 10:16

The church is governed by men who all sin, no one ever said a religious leader must be impeccable

Scripture says only one faith eph 4:5 Jude 1:3
all Christians are of one mind and one heart and have one savior one common salvation in one covenant
