False Christ....how false is false?

How many "degrees" from the real Jesus can a person be for their Jesus to be false and have no salvation?

If one would say Jesus' skin color was this color or that color, perhaps olive or brown... and different from Jesus' true skin color are they following the real Jesus?

If someone says Jesus didn't have any 1/2 brothers or sisters...has Jesus been changed enough to then become a false Christ?

If someone says Mary was impregnated by a man and wasn't a virgin...rather than being over shadowed by the Holy Spirit...is there slvation in that Jesus?

If someone says Jesus was born in 7 BC while another says 4 AD yet another says year 0.....is that enough to make Jesus a false Jesus?

If a person teaches Jesus wasn't divine and not of the trinitarian Godhead....is the Jesus they present null and void containing no salvation?

If someone says Jesus was just a great prophet and teacher...much like the Muslims present Jesus, is their salvation in that Jesus?

If someone says Jesus didn't resurrect in a physical body...does that Jesus have the ability to save?

I would image we could develope a large list but how much does it take to make Jesus into a false Jesus?

I'm sure not everything we know and believe about Jesus isn't true.....so, how much does it take to bend Jesus to the point He is a false Jesus?

This question of deviation is important because the blunt fact of the matter is none of us wholly know and understand Jesus as he is.

Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is.

No one will have it completely correct and yet all in him will be saved. Some integrity between what is believed and what actually is must exist, otherwise the belief is delusion and no one is saved with a delusional knowledge of Jesus. That would be what we are saved from!


And, if I may, while I understand the relationship between the various questions, there are too many of them. Some of them either deserve their own thread or already possess their own thread in many a forum.

If they made it a requirement of salvation then they ain't saved.

Then Jesus would have inherited a sin nature and His sacrifice would have been meaningless. These people ain't saved.

They deny He is God so they ain't saved. (cf. Romans 10:8, 13).
