Argument against the Doctrine of the Trinity. (And keep it clean, please.)

Where did you see me call myself a Christian? I have said that I don't call myself a Christian either here or to my family and friends. I call myself a believer in Jesus Christ.

I'm here because I believe most doctrines are bogus. Esp. Trinity, literal 6-day creationism, pre-trib/Dispensationalism, and Preterism, and nearly all mainstream eschatological beliefs.

Is Jesus God to you?

I've answered this type of question before.
I believe in Jesus' virgin birth, his life and miracles, his trials, persecutions and crucifixion, his burial and resurrection, and his ascension to the Father. I don't have to believe in a man made Trinity that took about 250 years to develop.
The history of the doctrine is clear.

Does anything "proceed out from within" (ekporeuetai), Jn 15:26) God that is not God?

Jesus came forth out of God (Jn 8:2, 16:27, 28, 17:8), as did the Holy Spirit (Jn 15:26).

Jesus, the Holy Spirit and the Father are God, we call that the divine Trinity.

Seems to me that the idea of a trinity developed over time which is to say that 1000s of years ago that knowledge had not been conveyed to men. I believe in the Trinity, but I don't understand it completely and the readings I've done indicate that it's a mystery to some degree .... anyways, to my novel thought ... is it possible that there's a fourth member that we are not aware of? (Aside: this is not to imply that I have any evidence)

Except that Scripture presents three distinct relationships:

1) the Son is subject to the Father, for the Son is sent by the Father in the Father's name (Jn 5:23, 36, 43);
2) the Spirit is subject to the Father, for the Spirit is sent by the Father in the Son's name (Jn 14:26);
3) the Spirit is subject to the Son as well as the Father, for the Spirit is sent by the Son as well as the Father (Jn 15:26, 16:7, 14:26, Ac 2:33).

I'm thinking it's pretty complete with three:
1) the Father ordained the plan,
2) the Son accomplished the plan,
3) the Holy Spirit applies the plan.
