A priest of Christ is a worshiper of Christ

Applies to all who are Christians.
Then it applies to you so tell me what are the commandments of Christ in Jn 28:20 and acts 1:2
And the mysteries found in Matt 13:11 and 1 cor 4:1???

Thanks

Sorry Matt 28:20 acts 1:2

The commandments of Christ are all the laws for all Christians in the New Covenant ("the law of Christ", 1 Corinthians 9:21).

Can you forgive sin too? I need to confess and be absolved?

I can if you commit them against me (Matthew 18:21-22), but not if you commit them against others - only God can do that (Psalm 51:4).

Really? can Christ forgive sins?

Yes, because Christ is God. In fact, what is taught in Psalm 51:4 corresponds to the Lord Jesus in 1 Corinthians 8:12.

Psalm 51:4
Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
1 Corinthians 8:12
And so, by sinning against the brethren and wounding their conscience when it is weak, you sin against Christ.

Although we can sin against others, all sins are ultimately directed against God alone. We can forgive those who sin against us, but we cannot forgive those who sin against others. Since all sins are committed against the Lord Jesus demonstrates He is God.

Simon had Peter (the so-called first pope) right there in front of Simon when he (Simon) sinned. Did Peter say or even hint at to Simon that he (Simon) should confess his sin to Peter?

Nope.

Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray the Lord that, if possible, the intention of your heart may be forgiven you. (Acts 8:22)

The apostles have the same power and authority as Christ!

Jn 20:21-23
His ministerial priesthood has authority to forgive sin.

21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

Christians must be taught or instructed, according to the sense which the perpetual consent of the Catholic Church hath held and expressed!

Lk 1:4
Matt 28:19
Lk 10:16
Jn 20:21
Acts 8:31
Colossians 2:7
Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught…

No Christian has the authority to read scripture for yourself and decide your own doctrines or beliefs! “One faith” Eph 4:5 Thee faith once handed to the saints” Jude 1:3

Members of the communion of saints must submit to the teaching of the apostles the light of the world and the pillar of truth! Matt 5:14 1 Tim 3:15

As do every Christian.
When someone believes the gospel, I can announce that their sins have been forgiven.
"Christ died for our sins" (1 Cor. 15:3) is a major component of the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1).

Since all of your misguided assertions have been so easily debunked, you fall back on this last gasp come back line.
Nope. Won't work.

It's died a death many times over.
No amount of repetitious mantra will make it come alive.

It's gone.

Time for you to bury it.

Baptism not required?

Laymen have no authority from Christ only the apostles and their successors Matt 28:19

Does the church require scripture to know truth?

You don’t believe any dogma?

I've been asserting what I believe in accord withe the Bible throughout this thread which you as Roman Catholic hijacked.

It started with the fact that Christians are priests of Christ.
I went on to explain later on how this means the Lord Jesus is God (cf. post 5), but RC's with their anti-biblical teachings detract from the Deity of the Lord Jesus (as you are doing here).

Cornelius and the Gentiles with him were saved before their water baptism in that they had already received the Holy Spirit.
That makes an ordinary method of being born again?
