Yes, but it's @TonyChanYT who needs to answer the question because the op does not identify the "you." And he needs to clarify which anointed guardian cherub.

It is also worth noting that the whole of scripture (not just the OT or just the NT makes a distinction between "perfect" in the sense of something maturing and "perfect" in the sense of having absolutely no defect. Sadly, our English translations do a poor job communicating the distinction. Blessedly, we have near-instant access to the Greek where the distinction can readily be discerned.

I believe only God is "perfect".
And yes...English translations do a poor job communicating the distinction.

In baseball a pitcher can throw a "perfect" game....but in that scenario perfection has boundary's assigned to it.
