My answer is the person of the Son. I could be wrong about this and the reason why I'm asking the question. Looking for an honest and sincere answer. If someone has the kindness to give one. This is how I've drawn my conclusion. First, the Father is a covenant title of God (1 Peter 1:17). And that "God is a righteous judge" (Psalm 7:11) and "the Lord, the righteous Judge" (2 Timothy 4:8), but yet "There is only one Lawgiver and Judge" (James 4:12). I also read in the Bible that "It is God who judges" (Psalm 75:7) and that "the Father judges no one" (John 5:22), but yet, "God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ" (Romans 2:16, Revelation 2:23). After all, the Son is omniscient and knows all people (Jeremiah 17:10, John 2:24-25, Matthew 9:4, Mark 2:8, Luke 5:22, John 6:64, Revelation 2:23). I would assume that every time I read about, God or Lord being the judge, then it's not in reference to the person of the Father in the Trinity.

- The Son is the Judge
1. Abraham pleads to the LORD for Sodom (John 8:58, Genesis 18:16-33, vs. 25).
2. The Father is not the judge (John 5:22, Acts 10:42, 17:30-31).
3. The Son is the universal judge (Revelation 20:11-13, Matthew 25:31-46).
4. Judge of the living and the dead (2 Timothy 4:1, Acts 10:42).
5. The Son is God and God's judgment (Romans 2:3, 2 Thessalonians 1:5).
6. Judgement seat is interlinked with "Christ" and "God" (2 Corinthians 5:10, Romans 14:10).

I believe James applies this in reference to Jesus in James 5:9.

James 5:7-9
7 Be patient therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waiteth for the precious produce of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
8 Be ye also patient; strengthen your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
9 Complain not one against another, brethren, lest ye be judged: behold, the Judge standeth right at the door.

I was going to say the Father is the judge, but @Binyawmene arguments persuaded me to go with his opinion.
A lot of verses refer to Jesus being our Intercessor, Mediator, Representative, Advocate. In human's understanding of what a trial is, it seems the trial is 'fixed'. None of His sheep will be lost. I knew you before the foundation of the earth.

3. The Son is the universal judge (Revelation 20:11-13, Matthew 25:31-46).

I believe that to "fear Him" in Matthew 10:28 is in reference to the Lord Jesus as the Judge (cf. Matthew 25:31, 46).

4. Judge of the living and the dead (2 Timothy 4:1, Acts 10:42).

1 Peter 4:5
But they shall give account to Him that is ready to judge the living and the dead.

My Judge is my Savior.

I would offer.

For as the Father, it is part of the combination lock , Not as the Son . (Even so of the Son) , not as the Son

One will, one mind, one God as our Faithful Creator ..

John 5::21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

Jesus
the prophet does it the same way as any prophet sent as a apostle he declares the will of the father. The power to raise men from the dead.

God as the father that will judge "as it is written" ( revealing the secrets of Christ) the anointing Holy Spirit of the father

Romans 2: 16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

Not the gospel of the Son of man Jesus dying mankind. He is a born again recipient of the good news not the one author Christ and perfecter.

I have no idea what the above means.
The unseen head the father has the gospel key of infallibility that the gates of hell could never prevail against. Not the Son of man, Jesus dying mankind. His power works in dying mankind making the daily burdens lighter.

See Revelation 1:18 which refutes your confusion.

As you have said Jesus said the Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son _ John 5:22

Thanks for the thoughtful reply.

God. There's only one of Him. Father Son, and Holy Spirit.

Next question??
There are three persons in the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

All judgment has been given to the Son (Jn 5:22).

Two, God as Father the Holy Spirit Christ, displaying his power through dying mankind Jesus the Son of man . The promised demonstration. Of 3 days and nights of the Father Christ working in dying mankind the son of man Jesus

Two is the number that states one God has spoken. Three a (crowd ). That some call Holy Queen mother
