What is the gospel

In preaching the Gospel of Gods Grace it obviously highlights the Divine operations of Grace God displayed in our salvation by Grace through Christ. Such operations of Grace as election and predestination, redemption for the glory of His Grace Eph 1:4-7

4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Rom 11:5-6

5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

7In who m we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

All you're doing is giving opinion.

Please quote my post that you believe to be incorrect, pointing out what exactly was not aligned with Scripture and show me where in Scripture my statements and their conclusions are shown to be incorrect.

Otherwise, all you're doing is giving your opinions - which is invalid.
Answer this please....will you be judged and punished for your sins after you have died if you are a christian?

I made full posts. If you can't read them before being insulting that's not my problem. if you can't discuss what's been posted that's not my problem.

What your problem appears to be is that you don't read what people actually post.

I'm not playing nonsense games with you. Had I made errors in my posts you would be able to point them out clearly. Obviously, you cannot because I made no errors.

Good day.

Yes or no.

The topic of the thread is "What is the Gospel". I will engage in no further detail to the thread.

When I say "Good day" it means I'm finished in a very real way with the discussion in the manner it has gone on.

The thread topic is about the Gospel.

The thread topic is about the Gospel. It's not about being verbally abusive to Hazelelponi at will.
Part of the gospel is that our sins can be forgiven....In other words we don't have to pay for them in the future.

I never said otherwise. It helps to read my posts fully. I attempt accuracy and clarity, but perhaps you have to read slower.

So, you now seem to agree. This is if after we die...we don't have to pay for our sins...then can you explain your point of view in more detail?

I wasn't disagreeing with you in total, only adding a couple points you missed that in missing made your post seem incomplete.

I will think about how to be more clear, but I'm really not sure I can.

You asked if you provided a good explanation of something and I said not really and explained what I thought should be added, and I further clarified in a follow-up post.

I will only repeat myself at this point I fear.

If someone were to ask you, "What is the gospel?"
How would you answer it?

What is the gospel?
"That man should play the tyrant over God and find Him a better man that himself is an astonishing drama indeed. Any journalist, hearing of it for the first time, would recognize it as News; those who did hear of it for the first time actually called it News, and good news at that, though we are apt to forget that the word Gospel ever meant anything so sensational.
Perhaps the drama is played out now, and Jesus is safely dead and buried. Perhaps. It is ironical and entertaining to consider that once at least in the world's history those words might have been spoken with complete conviction, and that was upon the eve of the Resurrection."
(Dorothy I. Sayers "Creed of Chaos")

"Biblical religion holds that the central event in all human history was the execution of a wandering first-century Palestinian preacher and his rising from the dead two days later in fulfillment of God's covenant promises. This is the gospel." (Michael D. Williams "Far As The Curse Is Found: The Covenant Story of Redemption)
