Was the Sabbath kept prior to the Commandments at Sinai?

My position is found here:
However, those who choose to practice Sabbath-keeping should not judge those who do not keep the Sabbath (Colossians 2:16). Further, those who do not keep the Sabbath should avoid being a stumbling block (1 Corinthians 8:9) to those who do keep the Sabbath. ref
Colossians 2:16 by itself leaves room for two possibilities.

1.) The Colossians were not keeping God's holy days, they were being judged by Jews because they were not keeping them, and Paul was encouraging them not to let anyone judge them for not keeping them.

2.) The Colossians were keeping God's holy days, they were being judged by pagans because they were keeping them, and Paul was encouraging them not to let anyone judge them for keeping them.

In Colossians 2:16-23, Paul described the people who were judging the Colossians as promoting human teachings and precepts, self-made religion, asceticism, and severity to the body, which means that they were being judged by pagans and that #2 is the case. We should be careful not to mistake things that were only said against obeying the teachings of man as being against obeying the commands of God.

Because the New Covenant teaches it is a sin.
The way to testify about God's righteousness is straightforwardly based on God's righteousness, not on a particular covenant, and God's righteousness is eternal, so any instructions that God has given are eternally valid regardless of which covenant someone is under, if any. You're ignoring the glaring flaw in your position that it is contradictory to believe that God's righteousness is eternal and to believe that the way to testify about God's righteousness is not as well as the glaring flaw in your position that Jeremiah 31:33 states that the New Covenant involves God putting the Torah in our minds and writing it on our hearts.

God's righteousness is made known to the Christian by what the New Covenant says about Him.

God's righteousness is eternal, so the righteousness that He revealed through the New Covenant is the same as what He has previously revealed. Jesus testified about the righteousness of God by living in sinless obedience to the Torah. You're still ignoring major problems with your position.

See above.

Jesus testified about the righteousness of God by living in sinless obedience to the Torah.

Something I never denied.

You're still ignoring major problems with your position.

You haven't supplied any.
Nest time just don't assert something, but offer proof.
