In most cases, people look at the exact same information but approach it differently due to already existing biases and, therefore, draw conclusions that are much different than those with alternative biases. Take a look HERE at how the folks at Roling Stone magazine view the first ten days of the Trump presidency. An example is....

"Trump attempted to write millions of transgender and intersex Americans out of existence with an executive order mandating that the federal government recognize only two genders, male and female. The order forbids federal identity documents from allowing any other options — and the State Department has already implemented this policy for passports. The order also declares that trans prisoners be placed in facilities according to their sex at birth. (This part of the order has prompted federal litigation by an incarcerated trans woman.)"​

I listened to CNN criticize the practice of tariffs as harbingers of economic apocalypse. The local conservative talk show channel uses ABC News. MSN and NPR are also looking at the exact same information but approach that information differently, reach different conclusions, and use that information for different purpose (other than the shared objective of selling add time and making a profit).




Notice also the nag screen that pops up when the page loads says, "Support independent journalism."
