1) The eternity of God: In the beginning was the Word John 1:1.
2) He is the first and the last: “Fear not, I am the first and the last, Revelation 1:17.
3) He is called the firstborn of every creature because He who created all, and upholds all power to command and dispose of all, as the firstborn had the power to command the family or kingdom:
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. 17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Col 1:15-17.
4) Jesus Christ is omnipotent: who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself. Phil 3:21.
5) He is called by a metonymy the power of God: but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. 1 Cor 1:24.
6) He is the Almighty: “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8.
7) He made all things: All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:3.
For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 1 Cor 1:16-17.
He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. John 1:10.
8) He upholds all things: He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, Heb 1:3.
9) Jesus Christ is unchangeable:
like a robe you will roll them up,
like a garment they will be changed.[a]
But you are the same,
and your years will have no end.” Heb 1:12.
10) He knows all things: He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, “Do you love me?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep. John 21:17.
And so much more.
