Impassibility of God

WARNING: I just want to quickly and briefly point out for the readers (and open it up for discussion) that these views are, or lead to, open theism and process theology, which are heretical views. Terms like "affected by them in some way" and "being affected by the beloved" suggest a God who is changed by the actions of man—thus also denying immutability and more, including aseity and omniscience—which fundamentally undermine the Creator-creature distinction and deny orthodox doctrines of God.
Nice catch.

So the Father is Impassable, he would kill Israel just like that. Is Jesus passionate because he is God or because he's Man
I never thought of the gardener being Jesus. But if it is Jesus, I don't see he gardener changing his mind, he just wants to give the fig tree another chance. Remember it is a parable.

John 12:49 For I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment—what to say and what to speak.

John 5:19
So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise.

I agree...

I was wondering if the Passage has anything to say about Impassibility?

....the question is whether or not God's passions are voluntary or involuntary.
No emotion is "involuntary." It simply does not happen that way. To humans, emotions seem spontaneous and sudden but the truth is emotions originate in beliefs and thoughts, and the perceptually sudden emotions typically follow episodes when beliefs or thinking are challenged (real or perceived). If we start with emotions and ask ourselves, "Why am I feeling this emotion?' or "What happened within me to elicit these emotions?" and we're honest and sufficiently insightful then we'll be able to trace backwards the interaction between external events and the beliefs and thoughts within.

Since God is the original instigator of all cause and effect and he is omnisciently aware of all of His beliefs and thoughts He is not challenged by anything internal or external.
Does God actually react to his creation in an emotional way?
No, but he does have emotional responses. Reactions and responses are not synonymous terms. Reactions evidence a lack of control and deliberateness. Responses are deliberate and controlled.
Can humanity hurt God, emotionally?
No, not any more than an amoeba hurt hurts a whale, or more accurately an amoeba on Venus hurts a whale on Saturn. Remember the Creator exists external to creation. I'm not even sure it is accurate to say God has emotions in any sense we'd fathom because thoughts, emotions, etc. are functions of creation and the way the Creator created creation and the creatures within creation. Does God have arms? Hands? Maybe. Maybe not, but His lack of arms and hands does not prevent Him from reaching into creation, grasping you, and shaking the bejeebers out of you anytime He so chooses.
