3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5 he predestined us[b] for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 9 making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ 10 as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth. Ephesians 1:6-10.

What a powerful passage! The more I read this, the more powerful it becomes.

Just this first verse for now.
who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places

There is just so much in this one (part) verse. First, we are blessed "in Christ." With "every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places?"
What are these blessings?
Thoughts?

`Spiritual blessings ` I would say is to become like Christ and have His divine nature outworked in our life. (2 Peter 1: 2 - 4)

Nothing else will survive the `fire` (1Cor. 3: 12 - 15)

Everything we need to live a life worthy of our calling. Peace. Comfort. Help. Growth. We have access to His very throne of grace to receive grace and mercy in our time of need. Personal access through Christ to the very fountain of grace, and mercy, of wisdom and righteousness, of His benevolence and abundance towards us, His little children.

The blessings are in Christ, which he lists:
chosen in Christ,
to be holy and blameless before God,
predestined for adoption,
redemption through his blood,
forgiveness of our trespasses,
making known to us the mystery of his will. . .to unite all things in Christ, in both heaven and earth.
