Did God appoint an infallible judge?

It is impossible for any man to be an infallible judge in any environment, nevermind as a member of Christ's Body---as we are all sinners and far from being perfected. If we are not perfected, than our judgements must be also less than perfect.
So rather than look to a man, the Body of Christ must look solely to its Head and the Holy Spirit.
Then how are honest disagreements on serious matters solved?

First, there is not one jot or tittle in the whole bible that makes reference to such a prominent, superior, and infallible judge. No one to judge in disputes and ascertain the meaning of the scriptures.

Much less is there any reference that such authority is vested with assemblies of the RCC or with the pope. Let just one proof text be produced!

If there was such proof in scripture I know Rome would have made mention of such a privilege. And on such an important matter, if it were true even the apostle Peter would have made mention. With something of such importance, Peter would have given some mention of such a pope exceeding him with such authority.

Peter does not mention a word relating to this matter; in fact scripture tells us that Peter was rebuked by Paul - But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. Gal 2:11. At the first ecclesiastical assembly held in Jerusalem (Off to a bad start huh? ;)) And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me: Acts 15:13. Peter was not even the chairman, but the assembly acted according to the judgment of James.
Thus, all the action of the pope is nothing but a usurpation of authority.

The RCC and her pope presumptuously claim authority for herself which is neither received nor can validate. ;)

So far, no good. Nope!
Jesus Christ extends his mission, power, and authority to His church of His apostles! The apostles have the same mission, ministry, power, and authority as Christ! Jn 20:21 as the father sent me, so I send you!

Even His judging!
Matt 19:28 and 1 cor 6:2
His teaching authority!
Matt 28:19 and Jn 20:21
His power to forgive sins!

The pillar and foundation of TRUTH!
1 Tim 3:15

The TWO EDGE SWORD!
To proclaim the truth! Matt 28:19
To condemn error! 1 cor 16:22

Jesus Christ founded the new covenant church for the salvation of all men! (Jn 1:16-17) Christ is the truth! (Jn 14:6) Christ and his church are one!
(Acts 9;4 Jn 15:1 eph 5:32)
The church is the pillar of truth
(1 Tim 3:15) that must teach all men (Matt 28:19) without error guided by the Holy Spirit
(Jn 16:13) Thru the grace of God in the sanctification of souls applied in the seven sacraments!

The pope legislates in direct contradiction to scripture. For example.

He forbids the use of food God has created and is to be received with thanksgiving. He also forbids marriage, both of which are contrary to - 1 Timothy 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
This is fulfilled by the Albigensian’s
Not Catholics

Jn 21:17 Peter entrusted with the flock or church

Isa 22:21-22 father (pope means papa) with key of authority over the kingdom

Matt 16:16-19 Peter declared blessed, head of the church (on earth) key (signs) of jurisdictional authority

Matt 17:27 It is Jesus Christ who identifies only peter with himself.
Not the other apostles

Jn 21:17 Peter entrusted with the flock or church

Acts 15:7 God chose Peter

Acts 1 & 7 peter stands up and exercises authority
Just ask Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, in acts 5 about Peters authority!

Clement of Alexandria

[T]he blessed Peter, the chosen, the preeminent, the first among the disciples, for whom alone with himself the Savior paid the tribute [Matt. 17:27], quickly grasped and understood their meaning. And what does he say? "Behold, we have left all and have followed you" [Matt. 19:2 7, Mark 10:28] (Who is the Rich Man That is Saved? 21:3-5 [A.D. 200]).

In real life, agreeing together to ask the Lord Himself for direction and Trust Him to act and speak through His sons, just as we see in the record.
All the while, being as Bereans.
Unfortunately, most often you have immature Christian’s mixed with the unsaved arguing foolishly for ego sake…or with an agenda. Neither is truly fruitful.
