I use to enjoy trolling people on CARM , so I was allot like you

I have the same one by best friend has the giant 24 inch one. That thing is a beast.

Yeah that would be huge! We can do a lot on the size we have. Steaks on there are the best.

I became a bad boy and was permanently banned. My flesh is horrible and it would some times get the best of me. But you can still teach an old dog new tricks. So I crucified that part of my ugly flesh and realized I was a jerk.

Now I can take it out on my brother every sunday afternoon when we golf and get into his dome. He is the better golfer but I know how to push his buttons.

I feel you. I'd like to believe that I recognized that about myself prior too taking action and left of my own accord. Since that time I've had several invites too sites like this one and everyone seemed friendly so I'll assume I succeeded. Sorry you had to go through that Civic. No fun.

Lesson learned and its all the Reformed guys/gals on this forum whom I was at odds with. So I ate lots of crow and asked for forgiveness to my reformed brothers/sisters in Christ I offended and caused division with. So now I'm at peace with them and God convicted me of my behavior and attitude. And to tell you the truth I missed them even when I started my own forum. I would still go there as a lurker and read the posts wishing I could respond but not in a nice way. Over time the Lord convicted me of my motives in my heart and finally reconciliation took place. For that I'm very happy for the restored fellowship with ny brothers and sisters in Christ. For me now its no longer about winning an argument or a debate but exchanging ideas and different points of view looking at a passage from another angle. Unity of the essentials is whats important, not some of the other things I use to think were so important.

Well...you never offended me. The list of essentials varies from individual to individual when the individual is involved.

I'm sure we'll clash at some point. But that's ok. I've learned to sleep in my own bed.

I use an Oklahoma Joe offset stick burner and a Webber Smokey Mountain and of course a gas grill for speed and convenience. I smoke everything, not just meats.
I have been officially retired, but a year or so ago, the Lord provided much needed work via a wonderful brother way over in Virginia—an architect. I work from home with the same high end software and do both modeling design and the heavy lifting of producing construction documents for the builders. Nevertheless, I have time to burn.

We use mostly the good stuff as well. It just happens that the rub I found on line says canola.

I keep a shaker of my own modified Texas rub, that works on all meats.
Country style ribs for dinner…so says, she that must be obeyed.
