What do you do when your not writting about the lord ? Do you like movies ? read a good book ?

Me I want to go to south america and visit Brazil. Like watching movies, right now watching the champions league lets see who wins I have feelig that Machester city is gonna win this champions. Also I go out and preach the word in the streets and for 5 years have been doing so ;D.

I’m Manchester area too!
I live equally distant from Man Utd , Man City, Everton and Liverpool,
But I don’t watch football at all!
After the disgraceful treatment of city to Joe Royle , to whom they owe survival , I gave up. Never watched again!
Football is now played by and commentated on by a bunch of arrogant overpaid prima donnas. Shankley would turn in his grave if he knew! Wayne Rooney and lineker, show all that is wrong.

Where the likes of beckham are still just humble kids at heart , who love to kick a bal, and who appreciate how lucky they were to be given such talent. That era has gone.


My hobby? Mountains. Rock Climbing. Running. Walking, being there… there’s nowt better than admiring Gods creation!

Bible Study and reading books on theology/doctrine.
Mens discipleship and small group meetings
Golf every Sunday afternoon with my brother
Fishing- not as much these days as I use to when I lived in the Bay Area
Gardening- I grow over 50 different varieties of fruit, berries. I also collect Japanese Maples- 50 plus varieties.
I use to like MLB and NFL and grew up in the 60's-70's going to every Raider home game. Now I just watch the Warriors.
I use to like walking/hiking but now I have Plantar fasciitis in my right foot. That really sucks lol.
Another use to- I loved to play pool/billiards and was really good but don't play anymore and the same with table tennis played in competitively.

When in NH, mainly Salmonids, but now in NE Oklahoma, Some trout over in Missouri and southeast Oklahoma and local warm creeks, smallies and pan fish.
Its hard to get excited, as I was spoiled in northern New England.

The hobbies that I enjoy are fishing, grilling, smoking (not that kind!) on the grill, reading, college football, weight-training (just got back into it), kayaking, hiking, camping, teaching and preparing to teach Scripture, fellowship with believers, and bike riding.

Oh, I forgot gardening. I also love trees, we have planted probably 20+ trees here and will LORD willing plant more this fall.

I am also a huge RAIDERS fan since being a kid. They almost always won then, now they almost always lose.

I forgot to mention BBQ- I have a Big Green Egg that I love - low and slow @ 225 for 12-16 hours with one batch of coal or fast and high temp 1000* with a 3-5 minute pizza.

Cool. We do pizzas on there too, they turn out really nice. Grilling some wings today after church. My wife has to work this weekend, she is a pharmD and that's the way it works in that profession.

Since I work graveyard most of my hobbies nowadays are indoor of necessity. But I enjoy:

Discussion and debate of the Scriptures
Annoying pastors with eschatology or just annoying them in general
Annoying my wife with just about everything. She really *is* a saint.
Stone cutting
Gem faceting
rock tumbling
Just getting into silver and gold smithing
and very long walks while the sun comes up on my neighborhood.

That last would be hiking but doing so in the wee hours of the morning is not only dangerous but tempting the local fauna as I am a touch plump and cannot outrun a bear. Nor do I have a friend nearby who is slower than me.

I have the same one by best friend has the giant 24 inch one. That thing is a beast.
