Here are biblical signs of the End Days

We see that God at the end days will finally "destroy them that destroy the earth"
Revelation 11:18
And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

That the end days will be as Christ said, "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be before the coming of the Son of Man"
Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
And we see what it was like in those days, Genesis 6:5 "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."

Changes in the Heavens, and Floods and Storms causing distress of nations. Jesus says, "And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things that are coming upon the earth"
Luke 21:25-26
25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

False Teachers and doctrines where the majority turn away from Gods truth. Paul predicted "the time will come" when the majority "shall turn their ears away from the truth and shall turn to fables"
2 Timothy 4:3-4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Christ said the Gospel will reach all the world, and we can see it getting there with the world wide web.
Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

This is pretty close to what we are seeing in the world today, lets hope we are close to finishing the 'preached in all the world'..

It is also "pretty close" to what we have been seeing since the first advent of Christ. Consider Heb 9:23-26 where the author refers to the life, death, resurrection. and ascension "the end of the ages". Then says Jesus will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him---the consummation of the work that Christ did. Wouldn't that make the last age before his return the time between those two advents?

All of these things were realized in the 1st century generation of the apostles. Mt24A (before v29) is as level a description of the 1st century situation as you can get.

As for the Gospel being preached in the world, there are two times when Paul said this was the case already (I Tim 3, Col 1). But Heisman adds an even more interesting nuance to this: that the nations referred to were actually the 70 that were divided from each other at Bab-El. So when Paul hoped in Rom 15 that he would get to Spain, Hiesman notes that he was saying that all 70 (ie all the world) would be reached at that point.

The allowance was made of course, that the world would not be judged 'right after' the destruction of Jerusalem (Mt 24:29) and here we are so we know this is the case. There has been so much happened in history since, that there really is no point in spotting indicators.

In the 1500s, for ex., 1/3 of the European population died from plague, Islam had attacked all over, and the Little Ice Age was just beginning, which would ruin a lot of food production for some 150 years. Add to that the outbreak of martyrdom for those challenging the "church", such as Hus, Wycliffe, Luther, and you see a rather complete picture that is dreadful. But then the concept of pluralism comes along in the US Constitution, and the scene is changed once again for the better. Or that women's status and medical advances improve.

The Covid experience with totalitarianism backfired hugely. It is now a very easy read, though it seemed clever at the time. If globalism was to succeed because of the pressure that could be applied through 'climate change' issues, that has also failed, with names like Gates jumping off the ship. Once the reality of Islam hits the airwaves through fools like Mamdani and his 'rule' of NYC, it will also be rejected. We will be back to 1683 when Poland helped defeat Islam at Vienna, and Islam completely gave up on Christian Europe until the globalist immigrant movements of recents years. But many countries are resisting that--US, Italy, Holland, hopefully England, Sweden.
