Arminians, consider Romans 3.

That's kind of like the cult I was in. Everyone is capable of choosing their teachings and all blessings depend on an individual's obedience.
Not sure what you are saying —are you saying that the cult teaches that everyone is capable of choosing their teachings and all blessings depend on an individual's obedience, or are you saying that everyone is capable of choosing their teachings and all blessings depend on an individual's obedience?

Yeah. When we got rid of the creeds as standard in the denominations, and pretty much all standardized doctrine and doctrinal statements, it became increasingly difficult to identify the beliefs of a denomination by the denomination they claimed to be. It is true with Lutheran, Baptist, and Presbyterian. Don't know about any of the others.
Probably all Baptists use the label to identify themselves as those who do not hold to infant baptism.

I totally reject Joseph Smith's lies! The cult teaches that children are incapable of sin before age eight, that the atonement erased original sin, that everyone can choose Mormon salvation in this life or the next, that obedience to Mormon laws and ordinances are necessary to spend eternity with their heavenly father and their jesus (two separate resurrected men who attained godhood), etc. I've studied their lies for decades. Some of them will lie and claim their scriptures don't teach these things.

Don't get upset. I was just asking what you were saying... I haven't studied Mormonism much and didn't know whether you were saying it was the cult's teaching or whether you were saying making the claim yourself. I expected the former, but wanted to be sure.

I know you reject Mormonism.

I'm not upset! I guess I get carried away with telling others what Mormons believe because they like to baptize people who are practically clueless. I'm sorry I'm not a better commuticstor.

Its autocorrect I find annoying, on occasion I'll be proofreading my writing and be like - I didn't write that!

Haha 😂
Aurocorrect? Is that on a cell phone or is it on your computer? I seriously never had a typing class. But I took a college class in 1967. I didn't have to type anything and got a good grade.

I'm using my cellphone.

The keyboard - if you can see it - runs word options when you're typing along with next word options running at the top the entire time you type. it's moving and changing continually.

It's helpful when there's words that are long in length (such as supercalifragilisticexpialidocious), or your typing common sentences like good morning - "morning" is always the word choice after you type in "good". It's easier because you don't have to type the full word out letter by letter, you just start it and then click on the correct option you want.

It saves time. If you're in autocorrect though once you type out a word it changes what you typed into the correct spelling if you spelled something incorrectly. The problem with that is sometimes it just automatically changes the word into what it thinks the word should have been - and it can change the entire sentence (meaning intent) and sometimes the words it throws in are simply out in left field.

Sometimes it cuts down on writing time, sometimes it makes typing more difficult because your fighting it, but at ALL times it's a mind of its own and takes getting used to 😂

I've only made about 3 or 4 posts on this forum on a laptop, I use my phone nearly exclusively for all forum discussions. For me it's easier than the laptop.I use the laptop for serious writing only. (eg. Typing out that non-existent novel I'll never finish 😂) or paying bills.

But the phone works fine for Internet discussions. If you're on a computer or laptop my writing format probably seems odd because it's formatted for actually reading on a phone. This is why I make one or two sentence 'paragraphs' instead of the standard 5 sentences typical of writing. if you're reading on a phone, 5 sentence paragraphs becomes ye ole wall of text at times.

But for fun, this entire post was made on a phone typing with my thumbs. 😂

According to Romans 3, No Lost Person wants to be Saved under God's Terms and Conditions...

Romans 1-3 is Saint Paul's Syllogism; AND the Holy Spirit's Divine Syllogism at the same time. Being a Divine Syllogism, it HAS to be True for All of Us..

There is no wiggle room for Provisionists...
I think this approach will make an honest Provisionist acknowledge Total Inability...

There's a lot of wiggle room between a sincere Provisionist and an honest Provisionist. I have yet to meet an honest Provisionist.

Oh, okay. I don't have a cellphone or a laptop in my cave.;)

Yep...

What does that have to say about Professor Flowers? 🤔
Ha! Yep I thought of that, too.

But 'to be honest' (sic) —in my sincere :D opinion, that is— I think we all present a lack of honesty in all our engagements, and particularly concerning eternal things. We assume much —particularly assuming that our thinking is rigorous and our thoughts are valid— that distorts our thinking, and makes us speak too quickly.
