9Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
There are many areas where the list of things that God will not tolerate are shown in the pages of the Holy Bible but one area has been bothering me for an extremely long time.
Why? Because it has exploded world wide and is not about to abate.
What? That of fornication. And yes there are all variations of things of sexual immoralities that can be named but this one is so to me I wonder what people think.
It is so common place that total acceptance seems to be the norm.
From pre-teens to seniors in nursing homes. (Years ago the fastest growing population of people getting aids in the US were those in FL nursing homes.)
Now possibly the most troublesome are the "born again" Christians (I use that term loosely) because they believe they are doing nothing wrong. Only one time did I talk with a man who had lost his wife and was dating and they were involved until she asked him if they were doing wrong. He said yes. So they cut it out until they were married.
Then we have those that are "living" together and still at Sunday services.
I could go on and on but we all know these folks.
But a sad one is a young girl, raised in foster homes and abused.. got pregnant to a young man who is not in the picture.
Because of her early life , until she did get pregnant, she had no desire to live. It was after that that she said it was when she was pregnant she had a reason to live and the baby was given to he from God to give her reason.
I am certain I am not the only person in the word that sees so much fornication is wrong and will not be accepted by the Heavenly Father.
I just dont know the answer to get people to wake up and see what they are doing.
I knew a man in his 60s, a widower who said he was born again, and when cautioned about such a thing he said he would not abstain... "not at this stage of the game.
