Your throne

Elohiym / God of the living ones.

elohiym / god-s of “The Living One.”

Psalm 45:6
Your throne, O (elohiym / god of “The Living One,”) will last forever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. 7 You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore (God / God of the living ones,) your (God / God of the living ones,) has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy.

Hebrews 1:8
And about the Son he says, “Your throne, O (elohiym / god of “The Living One,”) will last forever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.

Whose throne is it? Both.
Psalm 110:1
(The Lord / Yahwah) says to my lord: “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”

Matthew 22:44
( “‘The Lord / Yahwah) said to my lord: “Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.”’

Mark 12:36
David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared: (“‘The Lord / Yahwah) said to my lord: “Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.”’

Luke 20:43
until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”’

Acts 2:35
until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”’

Hebrews 1:13
To which of the (angels / messengers) did (God / Yahwah) say, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet”?

Should Matt 22:44 and Mark 12:36 be corrected to the exact quote of Psalm110:1?

Should Matt 22:44 and Mark 12:36 be corrected to the exact quote of Psalm110:1?
No. The more veracious and effective correction would be to 1) stop using the NIV translation for these types of questions, 2) remember that no English translation always reflects the Hebrew and Greek accurately while, most importantly, 3) understand the New Testament writers used the Old Testament as the Holy Spirit inspired and guided them to do so any real or perceived disparity in wording occurred at the Spirit's behest, 4) realize that a footstool goes under the feet making the placement of the enemies in all these verses a difference without a distinction and, lastly, 5) we'd have reason to suspect collusion if all the witnesses used the exact same wording, so it is because of the diversity we have reason to view the diversity as having integrity.

I'll suggest the more salient point is that the Lord sits enthroned until the LORD defeats all his enemies and does not leave that throne until afterwards, not beforehand.

Psalm 110:1
A Psalm of David. The LORD said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.”

That would preclude any form of premillennialism. Jesus sits enthroned in heaven until his Father defeats all his enemies.

And a couple of other times Ps. 110:1 was used are absent.

Acts 2:29-36
Brothers, I may say to you with confidence about the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. Being therefore a prophet and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that he would set one of his descendants on his throne, he foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that he was not abandoned to Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption. This Jesus God raised up, and of that we all are witnesses. Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God and, having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing. For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says, The Lord said to my Lord, 'Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.'" Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.

1 Corinthians 15:20-27
But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep. For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ's at His coming, then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign until He has put all his enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death. For He has put all things in subjection under his feet...

Ephesians 1:18-23
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised him from the dead and seated him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.

Hebrews 10:11-14
And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
