When Did the Kingdom of Heaven Begin?

Since (Matthew) alone uses the term 'Kingdom of Heaven",

If "TLB" stands for the Living Bible, that is a paraphrase, not a translation. I have looked up James 2:5 in 32 English translations, and 31 say "kingdom". The other one says "reign." None of the 32 says "kingdom of heaven."
