15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. Mt 18:15–17.

Point?

As Christians we have our instruction above.
It should be obeyed.
If you have an issue with brethren or believe yourself offended write them a personal message (vs. 15).
If the issue persists, THEN contact a mod. (vs16.)
From there the mod should not immediately ban/excommunicate brethren but allow the person to give his/her side of the problem.
Solomon gave the two mother's an opportunity to state their side of their problem before he ruled.
A believer should not be banned/excommunicated for no real sin, and he/she should have opportunity to state their side of an issue between brethren.
Excommunication from fellowship is a very serious act upon someone charged with offending brethren and should not be taken lightly.
We are Christians and we should obey the Lord's prescription in dealing with discipline in the Church.

Keeping in mind this is not the church, the called-out assembly, and those do not apply here.

This place is populated with "called out [ones.]
The Greek word is "ekklesia" and it is translated "Church."
So, yes, where two or more are gathered, even one by himself, Christ is there in the midst.
Are we to ignore Him?
Are you?

There is no bodily gathering here.

There is no bodily gathering around the world, but we are still the Church - "called out [ones.]"
Why are you so resistant in obeying the Word of God.
You seem to want to make excuse to disobey.

Nor more than you want to make your contra-Biblical opinions the standard.

Real and perceived violations by forum moderators can be taken up by asking for a private conversation in the "Contact Admin/Mod" board. For the forum's general population, it is potentially possible to Private Message (PM) a CCAM member to discuss real and/or perceived offenses but there is no CCAM requirement any member set their PM to receive messages from others, and there are no forum requirements that anyone respond to PMs they receive. Nor should there be. Proverbs 19:11 should be practiced before applying the metrics found in Matthew 5 and 18. Furthermore, the purpose of the forum is topical discourse of specified subjects and any and all off-topic content is prohibited. Offending content should be reported to the moderators, NOT taken up between posters in the public threads. Both posters violate the terms of service when that happens. If the content of the posts are kept topical then there will be no occasion for reforming anyone.

Keep the posts about the posts and not the posters.

I'm confused. . .if it's none of your business, why your post #10?

In context;

Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

I believe the former part of verse 12 was about the obeying having that mind of Christ in worship for how we are to honor the Father by which is by only honoring the Son in glorifying the Son and by Him, God the Father.

The latter part of that verse per your quote is in regards to the verse 13 about Who is working in you which is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1: 6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: 7 Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace. 8 For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ. 9 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; 10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ. 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

When we are to work out our salvation with fear and much trembling, we are not to resort to our own power as if we are working for that salvation hence with fear & much trembling as there is hardly any will power or boast in the religious flesh of our own towards that end, but that we respect what He has done in that we are saved by the grace of God and by faith in Jesus Christ and we can trust Him to do His work in us in helping us lay aside every weight & sin daily in walking in the light in fellowship with the Father & the Son every day.

EDIT...........

Solas scriptura the reforming restoring authority in any generation any family where two or three gather together under the power of His name
