The apostles Peter and Paul, who enjoy apostolic authority to the church, teach that it refers to the resurrection (Ac 2:31, 13:35).
Christ our Holy Father alone is the one good teaching master. not the dying apostles like that of Jesus the son of man.
Apostles can plant the incorruptible born again seed and another messenger water the seed with the doctrines of God that fall from above. But they are considered as nothing Christ does all the teaching work forming his will in us
Clearly each has his own reward , according to his own labour, the apostles were not crucified for the sins of dying mankind.
1 Corinthians 3:5 Who, then, is Paul, and who Apollos, but ministrants through whom ye did believe, and to each as the Lord gave? I planted, Apollos watered, but God was giving growth; so that neither is he who is planting anything, nor he who is watering, but He who is giving growth --
He who is planting (preaching the gospel) and he who is watering are one, and each his own reward shall receive, according to his own labour,
He does all the teaching work or
he does nothing. . nada
Mark 10:17-18King James Version.17 And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and
kneeled to
him, and asked
him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? And
Jesus said unto him, Why callest
thou me good? there is
none good but one, that is,
God.
God alone not a legion of dying fathers after the oral traditions of venerable men called patron saints (3500 and rising) that lord it over the understanding of the non venerable pew warmers.
