My husband `and I quit over 12 years ago. I was convinced I wouldn't be able to stop. But I kept on hearing "fixing your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of the faith".

Congratulations.  He is faithful!

I gave up over 30 yrs ago....but, the damage that has been done can’t be reversed...I could get some disease later on as a result of smoking...even though I gave up 30 yrs ago......for the life of me, I can’t remember what she called it....

I vaped for about 4 years. Before that I smoked for 45 years, minus the 2 1/2 years that I quit for once.
