Object of our Faith?

I dont see how. The writer agrees with me or I with him that believing on Christ is a Mystery
I can see how you get scripture wrong sometimes, then. He said the Gospel is the mystery, which Gospel, as he affirms, is God manifested in the flesh.

Gentiles Believing on Christ is a Mystery of Godliness, its not natural to believe in Jesus.
No, believing on Christ is one of "the mysteries" mentioned in the NT.
The mystery of godliness is the incarnation.

The mystery of godliness is the incarnation.
All the items mentioned in the verse comprise the Mystery of Godliness 1 Tim 3:16

16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Believing on Christ is an act of Godliness Titus 1:1

Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;

Also the Gospel Report must be revealed Isa 53:1

Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

A Mystery must be revealed

Paul's Gospel is called " the Mystery of the Gospel"

Eph 6:19

And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

Now that's more than just the incarnation !
