Is there any way I can see how many posts I have made and the content in them? Currently, it says here I have made 30 posts and I honestly don't think I have made that many, but if I have, apologies all around.

Ok, I found that and it shows I have posted 15 posts. So where does the 30 messages posts number come from? When I click on my name at the top of the window, it is telling me I have 30 messages? What does that mean?
